I cannot say enough good things about Richard! I called and left a message yesterday, which was the civic holiday Monday, and despite being incredibly busy with this and his corn business, he still called me back and arranged to visit my house 24 hours later. Not only did he diagnose the problem in my laundry room but he fixed it completely - and for way less money than I anticipated having to pay.He also remembered me from one small service call three years ago, which blew me away.He explained everything he did, and didn't talk down to me or brush me off made me feel very good, as well. All in all I'll recommend Richard to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much!
