She argued with me over redeeming a birthday promotion, wouldn't give it to me so I went to a different one and had 0 problems redeeming it. Won't ever go there again

Iced capp tasted watered down. Not even a hint of coffee taste, like others I’ve had. Farmers wrap was mostly egg; nothing, couldn’t taste anything else. Disappointed.Drive thru took my order wrong; didn’t get my hashbrowns. Not a good location overall.

Pretty nice place. The drive-thru is fast, but they need to watch their inside counter. Not all people want to go through the drive-thru, so pay attention to the front counter too.

Bought the grilled chicken habanero bowl, chicken tasted like tuna. Taste was very bad, my stomach got upset after eating it. Never buying rice bowl from there again.

It's okay. They're always busy when the trades students come by on break or lunch break. Tried ordering online and I had to ask about my order. I guess in the rush of serving college students they deleted my order in the rush.

As an American I still appreciate and savor the Canadian delicacies that are at Tim Hortons. The habenero sandwich was actually good with a nice heat. Also you cannot beat there donuts, cold brew, and coffee. This location seemed to have very fast service and was always busy.

Pretty much never mess up my order, I go there every day on my way to work for coffee and sometimes on my break and drive through lines are always fast

Both inside and drivethru have been slow every single time I've gone, regardless of how busy they are. The floors are always dirty. And the customer service is more miss than hit. Tim Horton's food/coffee isn't worth putting up with this location, honestly, you can get better food and better service at the donair place across the intersection or the food truck down the street.

I came here at 7:25am on June 27/2021 and ordered steeped tea and a jalapeño bagel. Tea was nice but the bagel was fully burned. I don’t know how anybody can warp bagel like that. I also worked at Tim and i know time is important for you but this is really shameful.
