Discovery Pointe

I can not express enough how wonderful it is living at Discovery Pointe. My partner and I have been living here for two years now and the building is kept clean and any concerns or maintenance needs are addressed quickly. Management and staff go above and beyond to make tenants feel welcome. The units themselves are spacious, upgraded and it's clear Management takes pride in the building and its up keep. I hope to live here for years to come as I have looked at many other buildings in Calgary and none come close to Discovery Pointe. The views from the units are also spectacular.

I moved here in Dec 2021. I have enjoyed it since day 1. Sevice and interactions with the management team & staff are always helpful and friendly. I've met a lot of my neighbors, all very friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is awesome with great places to walk or run. The ctrain is located minutes away, so convenient. Coop is walking distance. Plus there's some great takeout places just steps away. Heck even my dogs love it here. There is a small dog park close by. The apartment is equipped with insuite laundry, dishwasher and fairly new appliances. It had been well maintained and was clean & bright when I moved in. Noise level is good and I barely notice the train/ctrain. I love it here. I would recommend this building to friends and family looking for a downtown location.

Management is fantastic, cleaning staff is consistent, and the Super is very reliable. Especially in a pandemic, Discovery Pointe proves to be a great place to live! All maintenance requests I've had went quickly answered, and any other requests have been graciously assisted with and completed in a kind & timely manner. Not to forget to mention, the location is great; walkable distance from nature-esque paths and grocery stores (etc). Most importantly, I feel safe living here. Thank you for a great experience! I'm a happy tenant.

We highly recommend Discovery Pointe to anyone looking for a rental place Downtown. The building is well-cleaned, secure, & its location is unbeatable: close to transit, parks & river – how we love the views from our suite! Living here for almost two years now, we can say that the property management team understands every need of their residents – kudos to Karen & Aleksandra, as well as the maintenance team who works hard & efficiently in keeping the property. Living for the last 5 years at Discovery Pointe were extremely memorable for my spouse and myself, in part due to the spectacular location of the building- transit, Bow River, walking pathways etc all within a stone’s throw away and also due to the wonderful building management led by Karen and Aleksandra who are so pleasant and happy to assist whenever possible. The facilities in the building too are great with an amazing fitness room, ample spacious heated parking and a community room available. Full marks for being well maintained at all times. A great location. Besides Kerby CTrain station, and Shaw Millennium Park.

My family and I lived at Discovery Pointe for 10 years (starting in June 2012) and it was a great place to stay. The building is very clean, secure, and welcoming. We consistently experienced the best residential support services. The staff were always friendly and helpful, whenever we submitted a maintenance request we received a prompt response. The manager, Karen Mercer, and Wayne Mercer were absolutely exceptional and have been so helpful over the years. They have been above and beyond amazing!Thank you very much!

The management of the west tower is doing a poor job as the air conditioning and ventilation systems in the gym and common areas have been non-functional since last summer, turns the gym so smelly and warm. Moreover, the elevators frequently experience malfunctions.

Discovery Pointe has made my move to the city so easy! The building is very clean and very secure. The staff has been amazing, and the maintenance guy is on top of everything! The units are exactly as displayed in the photos online. Best price for large units with great views! Love that the building is pet friendly and such a great location for walking your dog.

The management and staff at Discovery Pointe are amazing and truly care about their tenants. Today, I requested some help with an in-suite issue and in less than 20 minutes Wayne Mercer, the person in charge of maintenance, was at my door and fixed the problem quickly, cleanly, and efficiently.
