I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Pala over the last couple of years. She's been kind, always listens and has offered good care. She is punctual and the receptionist is also pleasant to deal with.

Waited almost a year for a 2 minute phone conversation, even thought I was referred by a Rheumatologist with a credible issue. She was extremely dismissive and in a hurry to hang up the phone. No further tests were done and no follow up. Very poor patient care or compassion.

Phone apt was a waste of time, agreed to get a blood test, never received work req for blood work, couldn’t contact whatsoever to remind to get forms from initial apt! Couldn’t leave message, e-mail or nothing!
