Walmart Supercentre

I come to this Walmart because it’s close and it’s a big one that’s usually stocked up but the staff here is extremely disrespectful and makes you feel uncomfortable. Every time I come here I experience a problem, whether it’s accusations of stealing, racism against my husband or just plain rudeness.This recent visit the woman at self checkout wanted us to take everything out of our bags to rescan and then continued to review the footage of us scanning our items. She wouldn’t leave us alone and didn’t believe us when we reassured her we did not take anything. She even went as far as questioning where my daughter got her MCDONALDS toy from.The last visit a woman at the entrance asked us what we had in our EMPTY REUSABLE bags when we had only taken 2 steps inside the walmart. After I told her there was nothing inside she still proceeded to look through the bags and was giving us attitude. I watched to see if she asked anybody else but we were the only ones.These weren’t the only moments, there were a lot of uncomfortable situations the staff put us in for no reason. They take their jobs too seriously and have to remember that stealing and going to jail over Walmart is not worth it. Why have self checkout if they’re not going to trust the customers? Walmart needs to do better and reassess the people they’re hiring.

The worst Walmart & customer service everI placed a grocery order for pick up today and when I arrived I was about to check in until a grocery employee approached me and asked me for my name for the order..within less then 10 mins he was outside with my food items in a cart.. not the regular stuff they put the grocery order in…we’ll when he started to hand me my order 99% of my order was already defrosted.. I asked why he simply said that I apparently checked in & my order was only out for 15 minutes.. I didn’t even check in to begin with (they also ask you what colour car you are in) and if my food items were only outside for 15 minutes they wouldn’t be completely soggy and defrosted.. when I went into complain they did refund me my order but if I wanted new items that were frozen/fresh and cold I had to pay for them all over again.. the First Lady that helped me was nice but when she had to get the customer service manager she was rude and didn’t care I explained I wanted a refund and my new grocery items first I got an ok but then once the refunded was processed she told me I had to go pick my own grocery again and pay for them… I was already so frustrated and upset I just walked away.………..if they saw I checked in but didn’t have a car why did they not call with the phone number we provide?! I will never ever order from here again. This wasted an hour and a half of my time. I placed an order to be quick but that wasn’t the case for me. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from Walmart. Or even shopping at this location

I went there and the carts require a quarter and I like most people don't carry change with me so I looked for a basket. There were none available. An employee was of no help at all saying there are none available. So I left. It was not busy. If you can't provide baskets for the shoppers, the most basic of services that should be provided then what is the manager there for? They should be fired.

At self check out, this brown lady with short hair watched me scan my items out then asked for the receipt for the items I just scanned. To give context it was 8Am in the morning- it’s me and one other lady. I definitely feel like this was racially motivated- this team needs to find better ways to approach lost prevention- instead of basing it off of appearance and stereotypes. She could of asked me if I need assistance instead of lying and saying my blouse did not show up on her system. What system lady? When customers scan their items you don’t have a system to refer to, nice try. Hopefully management reads this and speaks about it in whatever training they get to stand at self check out.

My husband was at self checkout and it stopped scanning items so when he asked an employee for help she accused him of trying to steal meanwhile the item was still in his hand. He asked for a a manager because this lady was not understanding what he was trying to explain, the manager was just as useless and just as rude!

Staff is very unfriendly. My nephews were interested in getting a Star Wars sword so I simply waved the sword up and down to see how it works, and I get staff walk up to me telling me (an adult) not to play around, she tells me there cleaning up and I’m making a mess. I asked her how am I making a mess I just was checking some toys out with my nephews, she just replied “don’t play around” with the toys and leaves. All I did was wave a Star Wars sword seeing how it works. I even went to her later and told her oh just wanted to let you know I put back the sword I was testing out exactly where it is supposed to be. She replies back “are you sure about that.” Keep in mind she’s talking like that to an adult, quite literally treating an adult like a 6 year old. I tell her yes you want to come and see where I put it, and I go and show her how I put it exactly where it’s supposed to be, and tell her how all the toys my nephews were looking at are also placed where there supposed to be, so no one was making a mess. Not sure why she was talking to me like a 6 year old the entire time when I literally have a job, just since I was checking out toys with my nephews as if that is not allowed, most conceding offensive thing I’ve had to deal with at a Walmart. Never going back to this location.

I don't know what they were thinking when they decided to renovate this store. I don't know if it's just me but I liked it much better better before. The store just seems to be much more confusing than any other Walmart store I have been to. The pharmacy section seems much smaller and the health and beauty department seems to have much less variety than other stores. The men's section is another huge disappointment. One second you're in the men's section and the next you are in the shoe department or the women's section, but turn another aisle and your finding more men's clothing! Maybe they still have some work to do (I hope) or maybe I just don't like change lol. I do like the fact that they incorporated a planet fitness gym into the store though. The staff for the most part seem to be helpful and courteous, which is a great thing. Overall it's okay but nothing great. I must say though that I dealt with the optical store and the photo shop within the store and they were both excellent!

Neela is absolutely rude person in the world here . She have no sense at all how to talk to a person . We bought grocery for $200 and somehow we had some problem with scanning at self checkout when we awere going back she checked our reciept and said you have 57 items and you pais for 37 like how come she know how many we have then she said you guys are theif she is racist .. Jenny helped us she checked our stuff but I don’t know how they are working I have proof we only missed 2-3 items she scanned 8-10 items again and asked us to pay for that . I wanted to talk to the manager there they refused I do not want my money back for those items which she scanned again in new bill but how come .??? I am posting these pictures to show jenny and neela who was at gate 22nd January today !!! Sunday afternoon . Thanks for making my day neela . I want to ask if person paid $200 and 2-3 items got missed or miscanning this the way and you guys putting extra bill by adding items which I already paid for ? Never coming again here .Green cardmon which already paid lol?Buscuits already paid for 6 ?Dem dxham wt already paid ?Almost $14. And they were laughing at us . Wow ladies you are best .

Perfect place for shopping. They are providing number of varieties in products which starts from clothes to food and in every section. Compare to other stores this store is clean and quiet which attract good customers. Entrance in gym is key feature of this place. But, customer service is minus point of this place.

Strange employee at the exit. I asked if it was okay to readjust my bags by the exit and she started praying for me. I think she spent a good minute saying things like in “in the name of Christ, I bless you” and preforming cross like symbols at me. I think it’s great people have freedom of expression or whatever, but as courtesy please just keep it to yourself, especially when representing a business
