The older lady that works here is way out of line. She gave my friend trouble for 'not eating her blueberries' as if she was a child. She also accused me of not paying after another person took my order and rang me through. It's a shame she is such a crass and disrespectful person because the cafe itself is great for kids! More people would come if she wasn't there.

Great place for any age group. Very good prices, friendly and helpful staff and great food. We were there at the same time as a previous low star review over a week ago and we really enjoyed our time there and appreciated the patience of the staff that day as they were dealing with many things at once. Planning to go back soon!

Absolutely loved this spot! It’s super spacious, there’s a big play area for the younger kids, and the food and coffee are delicious! Tons of board game options. Can’t believe it took me so long to go there. I’ll definitely be a regular now!

I recently hosted my daughter's first birthday party at this playroom and cafe establishment. While there were some positive aspects, such as the great selection of toys and games that were provided, and the overall cleanliness of the space, I did experience a number of negative issues that left me feeling disappointed and somewhat betrayed, as I am a regular customer with my daughter and have been since she was three months old.One of the biggest drawbacks of this establishment during the birthday party were the rigid rules that were enforced, without any prior explanation. For example, my family was scolded for not having socks on, even though we were not directly informed of this requirement beforehand. Additionally, at times, some staff members were rude and i felt like they were inconvenienced by our presence. Some family members were also frustrated at staff taking a long time to bring us water or anything we needed, even though we were the only ones most of the time in the establishment.Perhaps the most frustrating experience was being told that only one parent was allowed in the playroom with each child, even though the cafe was empty and there was plenty of space. It was a confusing experience for me as a mom with past experiences so great, which was only made worse by the fact that staff members would shout across the areas of the cafe to communicate with us, such as hey

Press Play Cafe is a great!Want a black coffee? Done!Want a peanut butter mocha with whipped cream? Done!Feel like a snack or lunch? Done! This place has many different board games to play solo or with a group. There is a decent sized place for the kids to play, complete with slides and toys.I enjoy coming for a quiet coffee while my daughter meets new friends. The staff and owner are curating a fun homelike space for the community to come together and have some laughs.Try the ‘PB +J Mocha’ !

Very clean, well lit, a change table in an accessible bathroom(!), huge selection of games, a massive menu, children's/infant/baby play area and very friendly staff.Truly a place for everyone. Old folks can be there, young families, first dates. My wife and I will most certainly be back, y'all need a membership program.

What can I say, I love Press Play Cafe! My friends and I discovered this place while we were on maternity leave in 2020/2021, and visited frequently to let our babies crawl around the play room so we could socialise and have beverages and chat. Now that my child is a toddler, I go and let her romp around the playroom and make new friends while I sit and watch from the couch or a table, drinking a tea or the delicious homemade white hot chocolate.I have also met up with friends at Press Play without the kiddo! A friend brought a boardgame that is not in the Press Play Cafe library (when you do this you still pay the gaming fee, which is fair as we merged multiple tables together for a rather large and very time consumig board game), and we had a lovely day gaming and drinking/eating the food and bevvies that the Cafe provides.I have my toddler's birthday party prebooked, and the prices are very reasonable.Jean is the current owner and she is so lovely. Thank you Jean for keeping this place running :)Krista Lee

Friendly, quiet, good coffee, lots of pastries, a great place to have lunch and I bring my own game to play which they don't mind.

Very disappointed. I was given original directions and proceeded to hang up our coats an elderly lady also decided she needed to stop and give us more rules our coats were not even off. My first time with my older boys who have never really played board games, and instead of talking to the parents she went to my son and started being very rude. This place came highly recommended and the customer service from the elderly lady she was very rude, abrupt and disrespectful. Would appreciate if you have an issue talk to the parents. Also if you want bags up off the floor make a spot for them? And let customers come in and take their stuff off first before bombarding them.

Friendly staff, allergy friendly, and menu is reasonably priced. I came here to study and fell in love with this unique spot! You guys have the cutest latte art ever! One thing that could be improved — wifi was slow
