Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible experience. You retuen the car, they tell you everything is good. Then they call you and tell you whats wrong with it and that they already charged you. Garbage customer service, garbage experience.

This Enterprise gave me a smoked in vehicle with an empty gas tank on September 26th. I didn’t notice the stench till I rolled up the window and got on the DVP. I was supposed to get my own car back from the dealership within a day so I kept it. However, there was an issue resulting in them needing to keep the car a week. I had to bring this gross smelling car back wasting my time, energy and gas. It was so disgusting to smell second hand smoke coming out of the vents and then you smell like it too. I have a small child. Why are we subjected to this disgusting smell because Enterprise has such a poor level of service?After bringing it back they gave me a Dodge Durango that was dirty on the outside and had several dings everywhere and had less than a 1/4 tank of gas.Enterprise has consistently provided me unacceptable service and I have filed a complaint with their head office and my insurance company. It seems they’re providing extremely poor quality vehicles for insurance rental purposes. Beware.

Customer service was good. But the car they gave me from smelled like smoke, and I think I got bed bugs from the rental. Will definitely not be using this service again. Users beware.

The worst customer service ever. I have rented a car ant his location 2005 Eglinton Ave E approximately 5-6 times when dropping off my truck to the dealership. They have me in their system. On todays date it started off with the gentleman before me yelling at the staff member and then I discovered why. I forgot my drivers license at home but had a picture of it. The manager Sowmya refused to rent me the car because I didn’t have my physical drivers license with me. I live 45min away and was unable to get it or have someone drop it off. I let her know that I’m stranded and have no way of getting home. She refused to help and said I can not rent you a car no matter how many times I’ve rented from them or the fact I’m already in their system and have a picture of my drivers license. She came up with no alternative solution and even when I said I would return when I pick my truck up to show the physical copy she still refused. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I have encountered.

This enterprise location had showed me nothing but great customer service and always made sure they helped me out with my last minute car rental needs. I have being to many enterprise locations and this location definitely exceeded my expectations.I would like to thank Sameer and rest of the team for always delivering great service.

Easy to deal with however they promised me one car and when I arrived they claimed to only have lower grade cars available. Either way they were fast and easy to deal with.

Unprofessional and unacceptable attitude towards new client. The manager wasn't any more helpful as she was cutting me off and not showing any willingness to help. Poor customer service, and personally, I WOULDN'T recommend this company go anywhere but with this company to save yourself any stress. I called prior to coming, but when I arrived, nothing was completed, and all these fees we were not advised of over the phone were now being thrown at us. Unacceptable and unprofessional the way we were treated and spoken to! Left us feeling discriminated and treated poorly.
