Link-On Communications

Technician never shows up but puts notes in the system that no one is home even though we have waited for 2 hours. They never solve the issue. They have been to my home atleast 5 times but unable to solve any issue. Rogers is unable to keep track or receive any valuable information from these technicians. The blame game between Rogers and this third party contractor keeps going on and on......

I had my Rogers line cut today and I was able to get in touch with Rogers and they sent out a wonderful technician who put in a temporary line for me and all my services are now working. He was so kind and courteous and I want to let you know how good he is. His name is Kavish Puri.

After being on hold with Rogers over 6 hours to try and have cable installed for a new home, I called Link-on and said I WOULD PAY THEM to install the cable. They deferred me back to Rogers because they have a contract. Imagine… I CANNOT even pay out of pocket for a service. Brutal!

Excellent experience having them install my Rogers ignite. Worked past a number of obstacles to get to the pole (seriously heavy vine coverage). Arrived exactly when they said they would (how rare is that these days), knew exactly what had to be done and got to it. #6880 and #4575 were the best!

Probably one of the worst IT contractors out there. Many of their technicians have no idea what they're doing having received little to no training. They don't know proper technical terms and rush every job.Rogers is their biggest customer who contracts out all of their technical services to Link-On, and good god have they been terrible contractors. You can have upwards of 4 different Link-On technicians come for the same issue and each one of them will give you a different excuse. Their technicians always try to find the cheapest and easiest way to close a call.I wish Rogers never outsourced their technical services to this company because they are purely incompetent.If you're looking for IT services just go with literally anyone else.

Link-On vehicle #1502 parked on our front lawn, arrived to perform an installation for another tenant. Took our service down, told us not to worry, then denied touching our equipment, then suggested it was a billing issue.Took 'technician' down to demarcation point, show him our dangling disconnected coax line. He reconnects it, service restored.Couple hours pass after they've left. Go outside, see coax line threaded in the railing of our backstairs, follow the free air dangling line to tripping hazard 'install'. Take photos.. post to google reviews.Here I am.

I received dedicated and professional service from technician Shih Hsien Liu today. He was on time, detail and knowledgeable. I am glad Roger's has engaged Link-On to service me.

Disconnected my internet without notice and ran a cable across my driveway (resting on my roof) to repair neighbors line without consent. Unprofessional...don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from.

This company came to install a fibre line and ran the cable underneath a section of my front lawn. I was a bit skeptical about them digging up my lawn, but they restored it to a significantly better condition that it was. Thanks to John, Jeremy, Tim, and the rest of the crew. I really appreciate your professional service.
