TRIO Apartments

If you told me when we first moved to Trio in June 2020 that I would be leaving a 5 star rating I would never believe you!! We moved in basically right at the beginning and it was a really rough start but after a while they got their footing.Alejandra was such a bright light in the building. When they hired her, we immediately noticed the difference. Everything improved so much, from communication to the grounds. She planned a community event for us all and went above and beyond for everything!Our move out was complicated as we were moving to a new city but she was so accommodating. Even to the point of communicating with us after we moved out. We appreciated her help so much!Obviously the crime in kelowna has gotten out of control and there were numerous break ins but there is not much more the building could do. They have cameras installed and always communicate with the tenants when there has been break ins.To be totally frank, the rent nearly doubled since when we moved in there and I don’t think I would pay quite that much to live there now but for what we paid and all the improvements they made, we were happy tenants in the end!

My little family and I have been searching for months! We even rented a short term rental for a little while until we found somewhere that suited our little family. We were driving around the neighborhood and scene trio apartments and that's how we ended up calling for a viewing. We had two amazing viewings. Luckily for us we got the apartment best suited for us. After so much viewings and meeting so many landlords this one felt safest, peaceful and most welcoming. Everything was amazingly organized and it was a breeze settling in! Would definitely recommend trio apartments!

I have been here for 2+ years, and Alejandra and the new managment are great.Always prompt responses to any concerns.Great location that is pet friendly, and the vast majority of tenants are mature, professional, and respectful to their neighbours....As far as appartment living goes, the Trio is a great place for the aforemntioned reasons

For those of you trying to find a nice, safe and available place to live in Kelowna you are aware it is extremely difficult right now. I have been to a number of rental properties - often booking viewings, showing up and finding them already rented. Never receiving a call from a property representative - very frustrating. When I finally found Trio Apartments - a beautiful property in a truly spectacular location, I booked a viewing and went in the next day. Expecting to have yet another disappointing experience, I was greeted by a lovely woman name Alejandra - Property Associate from Trio by Centurion.Alejandra took the time to show me one of the few apartments they had left. She made me feel like I was valued, and worked with me to make sure I had all the information needed for my application. Her client relationship expertise definitely showed and only further confirmed my desire to live at Trio. When I moved in, she showed me the property, told me insights about the area (restaurants and shops to visit) and even had a little welcome package for me - which was so appreciated.I can't recommend Trio enough, its such a wonderful place to live, and with outstanding people like Alejandra providing exceptional service and that extra touch of care, those that are lucky to live here will truly feel at home!Thanks Trio and Alejandra.Cherie

I moved in to Trio a week ago and have a pleasant experience living here. The building manager Alejandra was very helpful the first day I moved in. She is really nice and patient answering all my questions. The apartment is quite new so everything in the room is well maintained. The surrounding is quiet-I have a really beautiful view from my balcony, which is an adds-on bonus. What's really good about living in the Trio is its convenient location. Everything (buses, grocery stores, resturants, etc) is within just walking distance.

Renting at Trio has been such a pleasant and positive experience all around! Beautiful, spacious units with huge balconies, a/c and ventilation etc plus pet friendly!Alejandra, our building manager, was professional, patient and accommodating from application through to move in. She patiently took the time to show both my husband and I a couple of different units at different times. She was accurate in explaining that the more north facing unit available would in fact have a good amount of sunshine spring through fall. I was so pleased with this, and enjoyed many mornings soaking up the sun before the heat of the afternoon. It’s been perfect! Alejandra has also responded in a polite and timely manner to a couple of questions/concerns we’ve had and addressed them accordingly. Trio is a beautiful well run complex, a very pleasant empty nesting transition for us!

The building is wonderful, and very well maintained! Alejandra is awesome at taking care of the tenants in the building! We needed an electrician, so I sent her an email and she had one come out within a week!

My Fiancé and I have had a wonderful experience signing a lease and getting into a place for our much needed date all thank to our leasing agent Matthew. Matthew has done a wonderful job, got our lease agreement to us in such a short amount of time, and has answered all of our questions. The move in date of the first building we were supposed to move into was pushed by a month, Matthew did everything he could to get us into the TRIO. We are super excited and thankful. Matthew is amazing to deal with, and made sure that he made the process as quick and easy as possible! I highly recommend dealing with Matthew as a leasing agent. Thanks Matthew, you stopped our stress and worries!

We moved into Trio vey recently and very pleasantly surprised with the check in. Alejandra was extremely warm and professional. She supplied all necessary information for us and made us feel vey welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this place based on the management. It is a safe, clean, quiet place to live and we just love all the puppy dogs that reside here too!

I have been living here for over a year now and yes, for the first months it was not very good due to poor management. However, now that we have a team of new managers I am very pleased with how they are running the apartments. When I have a question or concern, they immediately answer or find a solution. They hired a great landscaping company that has now made the grounds look incredible. A thorough security system is in the works to make us feel safer and I have never had any problems with the apartment suite I am living in. Thank you Alejandra, Matt and John for making this a better place to live.
