Having to deal with cell phone repairs is never a pleasurable experience. The technicians at the Mobile Klinic in Guilford mall made this experience a breeze. Super professional, knowledgeable, and highly competent. They had my cell phone repaired while I waited... much faster than I initially anticipated. I will not hesitate to come here again should I ever have another issue. Highly recommended!

Wasted a lot of my time. Went there in March to get a screen replaced through Google's warranty. Said will call me, never did. Called them 2 weeks ago, they said screen is on order without even asking me who I am. Called yesterday to get an update, guy goes will call you back" and he never did. Went to ubreakifix and they replaced the screen within 1 hr."

Said they couldn’t fix an IPhone 8 and they offered us a replacement one with a degraded battery. The one we had was 100% and the one they tried to give us was at 85% and from previous experience, I knew this wouldn’t hold a charge. The original phone was working fine when we returned so we opted to keep it. We asked somebody call back to confirm what couldn’t be fixed as the clicking noise has stopped but we heard back from nobody. Honestly seems quite disorganized over there.

After attempting to get a warranty repair done on my S22 at the mobile klinik willowbrook location I was told to go directly to Samsung. I went to the experience store where they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and then refused to fix my device. Finally I brought my phone to this mobile klinik as a last ditch effort and was pleasantly surprised. the techs actually listened to me when I explained the problem with the phone and completed the repair. Excellent service and communication and people that actually want to do their job and help you. Thank you

Only 1 star because I cannot give it zero stars. Terrible experience taking my son's iPad for repair. Took my details and info to order the part required for repair quoting 3-4 business days. Never got a call. Went in after 2 weeks and was told some made up story about someone writing my name and number on a piece of paper and that someone else supposed to call me to tell me about the issue.What issue?" I ask "part was discontinued." I told them the iPad was 1 year old and absolutely not discontinued and then I was told they actually meant that is was on 'back order". When I asked no one called me to advise me accordingly
