Unique Custom Printing

This woman is a scam artist. I paid a deposit and never saw her again. Five times we made appointments for her to drop off the product. Never showed up and didn't provide any explanation until I finally called her on it. Stay away from this place!!

After researching and comparing several custom printing providers, I chose to work with Richard at Unique Custom Printing. His communication is prompt, professional, and accommodating. I put my order in before the long weekend, and he still delivered the finished shirts order promptly and in perfect condition. If there are any custom printing services you need Richard can provide or refer you to other reputable sources. I will gladly work with UCP again!

I ordered some shirts from this store. When I received them, they were not the correct size. I decided to keep them and when I washed them the lettering came off. I had a party for my daughters sports team and they were to be a keepsake. I've tried to contact the store and I never get a response. I see why it's by appointment only. I also felt like I was being hit on. Wouldn't recommend or use again.

Ordered a custom shirt for a birthday gift. Richard was prompt & friendly, and the shirt looks great! Reasonable prices and quick turnaround. You can't beat it.

I tried several other places first only to get frustrated with their online ordering system, dealing with artwork and getting a correct quote. THIS IS THE PLACE!! I ordered my best friend’s bday gift in such a last minute, the owner Richard communicated with me about details of the order through text messages/phone call. my order came out PERFECT and it was done so quick!! The T shirts material is so nice too. I’m so happy and will order more for different occasions!!

A week before father's day I went to Unique Custom Printing at 1860 Queen St. East Toronto. I wanted a mug design for my son. Staff was nice enough but I was surprised at how unprofessional they were. Amanda told me she could have it ready the next day but I told her no hurry I just need it by Sat. Sunday was father's day. She said it will be ready Friday. I gave her 4 of my personal photos to print on the mug and requested the large size mug with 2 words printed as well. Friday I tried to contact them no answer, no mug. Saturday I got hold of them and they said ready by noon. I postponed my plans and went there for noon to pick up. They said come back in 15 minutes. I came back at 12:15pm. They said come back at 12:30pm. 12:30 I come back and they had printed the mug however the words were backwards and they used the wrong photos. They handed me a burning hot mug scalding my hand. They said to come back and they will redo it but they only have the small mug left. Stressed, I came back at 3pm. I received the mug right this time and Amanda assured she would replace the mug with a large one Monday . Monday I texted her asking when I could pick up my photos. I never received my photos or another mug I guess they didn't really want my business or further business..
