We had the 2 Can Dine chicken sandwich special. Both the Cajun and Chipotle sandwiches were very good. The sandwiches and sides were prepared fresh when ordered. The friendly staff helped us with our order. It’s good to have a new lunch option in downtown Hamilton.

The menu offers a wide array of options, and the food at Kajun Chicken and Seafood Restaurant in Hamilton is exceptionally delicious. The spacious and tastefully decorated restaurant creates a pleasant dining experience.I had the pleasure of trying their Spicy Chicken, French Fries, and Churro Bites, and I must say that the taste was extremely satisfying. The food was cooked to perfection, and the flavors exceeded my expectations. The Spicy Chicken, in particular, perfectly matched my preferences and left me thoroughly impressed.Furthermore, the restaurant's ambiance is incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere contribute to the overall positive experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will undoubtedly return whenever I crave a great meal.

Really enjoyed my food & time at this location! Great value for meals. The chicken tasted awesome, and so did the sides and biscuit. The service was very fast too.

Kajun Chicken and Seafood in Jackson Square is a new restaurant I have been looking forward to opening for a few months now. Hamilton's downtown core finally has something to compete with Popeyes in a bright and modern design. The menu features their friend chicken and seafood which a few other classic options you'd expect in a friend chicken joint. Let's go through the main aspects;Food:I got the Surf 'n' turn combo ($14.99) which comes with two pieces of chicken, two fish sticks, a biscuit, a side (I chose fries) & a fountain pop. I also Jalapeno fiesta ($6.99) as a side, and for dessert the Oreo churros ($2.99).Bone-in Fried Chicken: The chicken was very well cooked and overall very good. It was not greasy, well spiced, and tender. I didn't get the stomach pangs of heavy fried food after having it!Fish Tenders: The fish Tenders were crispy, flaky, moist, and flavourful. I can honestly say these are the best fast food fish sticks I've tried.Fries: Pretty standard Cajun style fries. Although very flavourful, they could use a touch of salt, but that's personal taste and asking for more salt on the is a simple task.Biscuits: moist and pillow on the inside with alovely flaky crust. They were unexpectedly lightly glazed in a honey or sugar syrup which added a unique twist. Overall very good and I would grab a biscuit if I was feeling peckish on it's own.Poppers: Made with red jalapeno (the same peppers as sriracha is made). The coasting was very crunchy and nicely spiced. Soft and gooey inside and the cream cheese was very flavourful with a hint of well balanced spiciness.Oreo churros: Personally not a fan of Oreos, however they were out of the apple churros. Surprisingly, I loved these. The ratio of filling to churro is correct. They taste like a churro and taste like an Oreo I know this seems obvious, but it needs to be said that they are quite accurate to both snacks combined into one. The churro was crunchy and with a gooey marshmallow filling the consistency of melty campfire marshmallow.Next up is Atmosphere: this restaurant is new so it being clean is a given. The decor is seemingly modern but with a nostalgic 90's/early 2000's feel. The open and visible kitchen garners confidence in cleanliness and transparency in their cooking methods.Service: Above and beyond however I came in opening day and anything less would be concerning. Employees were friendly and not overbearing. Tables were kept clean as soon as guests left. I will reassess this at a later time coming in at random when the owner is not there to oversee employees and their interactions.Overall: A very positive experience. I plan on coming again. Although there are other fantastic sit down Cajun/Southern fried chicken spots in the area, Kajun fills the slot of a good quality fast food style restaurant.

Got the 3 piece chicken tender combo. With an extra sauce, it was less than $14...and so worth it. The chicken was moist yet crunchy, the macaroni salad was delicious, and my co worker enjoyed the biscuit. Will definitely be returning to try more of their food.

The food was excellent. The Kajun chicken sandwich was pretty filling and the quality of chicken was top notch. Fries and jalapeño fiesta was very flavourful. Service was very warm and welcoming. Will surely return and recommend.Welcome to the neighborhood guys!

Definitely the best fried chicken place. Crispy outside and juicy inside!! The biscuit unexpected amazed me. ‘Twas moist and freshly baked! Gotta try their biscuit if you’re a fan of sweet biscuit haha. Hope they can keep up the food quality!
