Have had shellac on my nails for over 2 weeks, without peeling off…. AMAZING job!!!

Got my nails done here for the first time and I am very happy with what they did!

It was my first experience with Polar Nail & Spa. I was booked for a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure its self was great, what killed the vibe of a was suppose to be a relaxing me time experience, were the comments made by the technician. He commented that I shouldn't walk around in flip flops, as it made my feet dirty. He also kept commenting on my color choice of polish. Poor customer service

Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been here three times now and don’t mind the hour and a half drive for such a wonderful experience.

I had booked a pedicure and manicure at 10 am, they said they had me in at 11 but got me started right away anyway. They weren't able to do my nails how I wanted (simple nail art of a flower). I just did shellac on my natural nails, they didn't shape my nails or push back my cuticles, etc. Not even a cuticle oil at the end. My nails look ok, but not great. I got French tip, the girl freed handed and they aren't quite even. I would give 5 stars if my nails were shaped 1st and if they did my cuticles. I found it was hard to communicate with the staff, they did not talk to me other than asking what I wanted done. Overall, it's fine, but I wouldn't go back.

Very poor customer service. We came in for a girls day out to celebrate a family members birthday. One of the ladies in the group (lady A) recommended this place because she comes often. The nail technician that usually does her nails wasn’t available which was fine. So another nail technician started on lady A. The nail technician mentioned she had a standing appointment at 1:00 but the lady had not shown up, 1:20 she started on Lady A’s hands. The 1:00 appointment shows up, late mind you and lady A was asked to get up and wait for another nail technician. I refuse to give money to a business with such poor customer service. I will never go back. No apologies were given no correction was made.

I used to love this place but as of late the consistency and the quality has plummeted. My last appointment I went in for a spa pedicure before my vacation, the same day the shellac chipped and the polish was done very poorly and my toes were burned. I asked them to fix my toes and scheduled an early nail appointment for an acrylic set the following morning before I left for the airport. When I came in they had forgotten about my toes, and did a gel set instead to save time, which yellowed in less than a week because the top coat was expired. I wound up fixing it myself on my vacation. For 120.00$ in services plus 20$ in tips, you’d think a repeat customer would be satisfied. Not very happy and will be going elsewhere from now on.

I recently visited this business as my husband bought me a gift certificate for a pedicure and manicure. When I arrived the lady behind the desk asked what I wanted and I showed her the certificate. Somehow there was a miscommunication as the staff does not understand or speak very good English. Nevertheless I did not receive my manicure and the lady would not even give me another gift certificate for my missed manicure, all I got was a sorry". Instead of trying to argue with her I just left. I would NOT recommend Polar nail & Spa to anyone"
