I have been using Benjamin Moore exclusively for over 20 years. I find the staff at this store extremely knowledgeable and friendly and will go out of their way to assist. The product speaks for itself. I send all my clients to this store for assistance and whenever I need colour boards they are more than willing to accommodate in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in sending my clients to this location.The Manager, Dawna, is a pleasure to deal with as is Alex. That you for the exceptional service.This is by far the best Benjamin Moore store. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for assistance whether in colour consultation or product or more.

Elite Trade Painting has been using this store for several projects now and they are by far the best Benjamin Moore store we have dealt with. We order from a lot of BM stores across Vancouver and this is the one to go to. The customer service is fast, efficient and the staff are a joy to deal with. Keep up the good work!

Usually have a good experience but they only have one person working all day and they don’t know how to do a colour match. It’s a paint store. Super disappointed. I have to come back another day, or you know just go somewhere else.

I always buy paint from Benjamin Moore and really enjoy coming down to this location. The staff our incredibly helpful and knowledgable about paint and do-it-yourself projects that have saved me a lot of money and most importantly time.I've come in for colour help numerous times and their colour consultant, Donna is great. She suggested a few different colour combinations that worked beautifully in my apartment. I would highly recommend her.
