Our ceiling downstairs was leaking so I called Plomberie A. Craig. They showed up and told me that the cause was because of the toilet upstairs that was leaking. They left and said they would order the piece. They got the piece two weeks later (I understand they do not have control of this ;) meanwhile we could not use the washroom on the ground floor. They came by one day and replaced the piece. Total cost was over 350$ (2 visits and a piece)The ceiling downstairs was still leaking for days after they left so I called back the company and asked for their help. The person who answered the phone was very rude and abrupt. He told me that there was nothing more he could do. I told him that I had spent over $350 and my issue was not resolved. He then yelled at me to go buy a new toilet and he would do me a favor and come and install it. I told him that we had already spent so much money and the same toilet would cost me over 300$ to replace...so we would be at 650$ ...He yelled at me and said take it or leave it.I will never call this company again. They are not professional, poor customer service and they did not resolve my problem. I would not recommend them.

Mon père et moi étions désespéré, car tout les magasins sont fermé les dimanches et il nous manquait une pièce pour faire installer mon nouveau lave vaisselle. J’ai appeler et il m’a dépanné! Très bon service et très gentil. J’étais très surprise qu’il ai accepté!!

J'ai reçu le service dans la même journée que j'ai placé l'appel, ce qui est très exceptionnel et très très apprécié de nos jours. Le plombier Mikael Bérubé a été très proactif et a travaillé fort pour trouver une solution à un problème qui empêchait le raccordement de l'évier. Merci beaucoup.
