Seca Surf & Marine - Service Centre & Storage Kelowna

I called Seca the second week of may to make an appointment for a steering cable install on my boat and was told by Jeff that I would be able to get it done May 30th. I had called prior to driving 5 hrs to Kelowna to ensure it was good to bring my boat in and they confirmed they would get it in.I showed up and was told there wasn’t an appointment booked. They had made a mistake. They then advised me it would get done within the next week to not worry. To come back the following week and it’ll be done.A few days go by so i decided I should call to see what date they booked me in, Jeff had told me he had to find the paperwork and would let me know. Couple days go by, no response from him. I call back again, get ahold of another worker who then arranges for the boat to be brought back to me because they now can’t work on the boat till the end of June.I receive the boat from them, then called Seca again, still no appointment booked, i am now over a month out from when I originally called and booked. This company is a joke. If you want to waste hundreds of dollars on fuel , time, and give yourself a headache then this is the place for you.Took the boat elsewhere and got the job done right away, and at 1/3 of the price .

Seca has has done an awesome job of looking after our Sea Ray bowrider for the last 5 years. We live close by and prefer to deal locally when we can. Our trailer lives indoors at Seca 12 mo/year and is stored indoors with the boat for 7 months each winter. Seca fully services, winterizes, stores and summerizes the boat for us. The staff - special shout out to Paul, Mackenzie and Raylene - have always provided outstanding advice and service. Whatever we need, whenever we need, Seca is our 'GO TO' Marine dealer.
