Excellent customer service. Attempts to troubleshoot over the telephone before sending plumber out. Price quoted over phone for battery back-up sub pump was cheaper than three competitors -- and price didn't change upon installation. Warranty issues are covered without hassle. When a cracked check valve resulted in water spewing all over my basement, the plumber was at my house in less than 10 minutes -- in an ice storm. Jamie was very helpful and made sure my pump system was working properly before leaving. Follow up was completed on the Monday when the replacement parts were available. Incredibly fast (same day) turnaround when we had a leaking hot water tank. Professional and knowledgeable . There is a reason that Peterborough Utilities contracts this company to do its hot water tanks installs. Thanks guys.

I had always heard good reviews about Randle Plumbing, so I booked them to come out to change my water pump at my work. They took over a week to track a pump down and install it as they said they were having troubles finding one the small size I needed. A Plumber came out and changed my pump and right after they left I noticed that my drain line was not draining. I couldn’t understand how they didn’t notice this since they would have run the water after getting it to work.I phoned them back and was told they could likely come back after they’re current call, which did not happen. After this, they scheduled me in for Thursday. On Thursday I phoned asking what time they would be here and they said they couldn’t come until the beginning of the following week, but they would phone back because they didn’t have the schedule available. I got a call back on Friday and was told they couldn’t come until Thursday or Friday the following week. At this point, my work was piling up since I couldn’t use my sink for over two weeks. I politely expressed my concern with how long everything was taking and how I felt like they were prioritizing other customers over me and my work was getting way behind; the owner of the company yelled at me over the phone and said I should go with a different company. I phoned another company at 12pm the same Friday afternoon and they came out and had my drain line working within 2 hours of my phonecall. I got a call on Monday and they tried to have me book them to come fix my problem. I worked in water Treatment for over 2 years and always recommended Randle as a Plumber to customers and after this, I will never recommend them again.Look up Kelley Pro Plumbing as they were amazing and priced very fairly.-Victoria

This is the third time I have had Randle Plumbing conduct work at my house. This time, two toilets installed and two new sinks. Flawless. And an odd shaped sink in the bathroom and it is perfect. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional. If you need Plumbing work (and any time off the day as they never seem to sleep) they simply rock. Hire them with full confidence.

Had a leak in the basement and caused a mess and they were there within the hour and fixed it quickly and for a fair price. Explained my situation and they made time for us. Amazing service

Great service, fast response and the guys were excellent to take the time to explain the work they did and offered tips on easy maintenance I can do to keep things working great. Highly recommended. From the time I called to the time they were onsite was under an hour!!

We want to thank Rundle plumbing for coming out in such short notice and clearing our pipe that goes out to our septic tank from the house.
