Cool store with decent customer service. Pretty poor store policies. I wanted to buy a full step on set up and did some looking around. Sport chek had a sale on boots however wanted to support local and the source says they price match. I told them the boot model and color and said I would come by right away to grab a full set up (including bindings). They asked me my size and when I told them they said they wouldn't honor the price because sport chek didn't have that size so they didn't have to honor the price match. Kind of silly if you ask me. I wanted to support the source and buy over 500$ worth of gear but they didn't want my business because of an exact boot size match.

I ordered a pair of bib pants before the holidays and with understandable shipping delays it turned out I wasn't going to get them before my Whistler trip.Morgan went above and beyond for me and kept me in the loop every step of the way while he made arrangements to ensure my purchase made it to me before the trip.Thanks again and I'll definitely be back.Cheers

Unfortunately I had a less than great experience due to the user interface on the website. I purchased a new pair of snow pants online, and those pants were on sale! Great price and great product.The snow pants were a bit tight so I contacted them to engage in an exchange, but the individual advised that any Sale items are final sale. He was willing to give me store credit, but I would have to pay full price for the same pair of pants, as they were no longer on sale (plus applicable shipping, which they do not pay for). This is not made apparent when looking to purchase the item, it is on another web page on their website.Please work to make items that are final sale more apparent, as I should not have to search for a clause on a sale item, not a clearance item. Overall not the best experience, but a seemingly simple fix for future customers.

Love these guys. Have only ever purchased online, but they seem to have a massive selection between their three stores so sometimes they are the only place in Canada I can find what I want. Just received a snowboard, packaged thoughtfully and carefully. Seems that due to either being real busy or having products moved between different stores to fulfill online orders, sometimes it takes a few days for items to ship, so don't spaz out if a couple days pass without shipping confirmation. Worth the wait in my opinion, the selection and prices are awesome. Also their policy of sale items being final is an industry norm so the only negative reviews I could find aren’t worth observing. If you buy sale item boardsport clothing items online then want to return them, honestly you’re kind of a goof.

Excellent customer service and advice. Called in last week to try to figure out which snowboard to pick up as the last shop I went to, sold me one that was far too narrow for my boot size. Morgan was exceptional in helping me figure out the best size/board for my needs. Highly recommend shopping here, especially if you aren't sure what you are looking for exactly. Will be looking for a split board set up soon and will likely be back.

Super helpful local shop and staff!! Huge selection as well, and they currently have a spring sale on winter things (and shoes).I know a whole lotta nothing about longboarding and I broke my front truck last weekend. Went in to get some new ones and the guy at the counter (didn't catch his name) was really friendly and showed me the different options, made sure the sizing was all good, and even installed the new ones in for me. Everything was done in a jiffy and looks great.

FIRST EVER BAD REVIEW, I have never left a bad review before but I guess there is a first for everything. I got money for a new snowboard for my birthday, after seeing the sales this store was having I thought I would make the trip and see if I could get a new setup. There was absolutely no signs or stickers showing anything on sale but it was clearly the same inventory as their website. I was in there with my dad for about 20 mins and nobody bothered to come and ask if I needed a hand. I need a wide board 156-159 so if anyone reads this I’d like to buy a whole set up. Anyways the store was empty and no one ever acknowledge the fact that we were in there. Sad sad sad but on a positive note we went to the Holy Grill after and the lunch there was awesome.
