The store is clean but you have to do something about price matching. I waited 20 minutes because the lady in front was price matching every product with other stores. Create a dedicated line, put up a big sign: All price match go here!" This way

I am an anglophone and made an effort to speak to the woman at the service counter in French. She was rude to start, and we were patient as the counter was observably busy. We waited 15 minutes for a ‘commis’ to verify the price of a bag of lays chips which had been advertised at a lower price than they scanned for. Expecting to finally leave with a free bag of chips, she instead gave us our 50 cents back and said ‘it had expired yesterday’ so she couldn’t give us our money back, only the extra 50 cents. Very upset.Went to buy lights and told they were 10.74 at check out when they clearly said $8.74 on shelf.Was told sorry for mistake, ok just pay $8.74.Told manager about the price policy and they should be free. Both manager and assistant manager said its normally 18.99, but we can sell to you for $ 8.74.I was to tired to argue so i said no and leftThis ordeal lasted 35 min...
