Absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with, the young waitress was extremely rude. Would not recommend this place at all. Food was not great for the price either

Bamboo Inn Restaurant
Barley any beef in the beef chop Suey got like 2 tiny peices almost ridiculous as the order was like all noodles low veggies and very little beef. Not worth the price if they cheap out so much and give like zero beef.

We have not eaten here before. Very good food . Very clean restaurant , bathrooms clean , comfortable atmosphere. Only thing is I wish they played Asian music.

Bamboo Inn Restaurant
This is the worst restaurant in the comox valley. Their services are terrible. Because i asked for a menu and drink and they said order first. The menu’s prices doesn’t include taxes by the way they put extra 2 dollar. The foods are not bad but i can certainly feel that they used bad oil, which i want to say is that they have so bad food quality compared to other restaurants around. I recommend you to go near restaurant instead. near this restaurant there are much more better restaurants.

Been years since I’ve eaten here and I don’t normally take the time to do this cause I’ve just got a grim trigger and will never return to a place I don’t enjoy. But this was the worst meal of my life, hands down. I’ve eaten dry dog food with infinity more flavour then anything in the restaurant. Will never even think about returning.

The quality and freshness of each item ordered was excellent. Hot, fresh and crisp. Service, atmosphere and cleanliness left nothing to be desired and all at a really fair price for big portions. Looking forward to going back soon

I just drove passed this restaurant and figured I would give it a try as a visitor to comic. As soon as I walked in I felt un welcomed. There were no other customers in sight and I should have taken the hint. I took a menu and before I could read the first line, I was immediately was asked you want to order. I expressed to the lady that I had never been there before and I need to read through the menu. So she said okay take a seat. I didn’t feel like their customer service was great but I ordered anyways and left a tip. I left and came back she yelled from the back your order is on the table. I thought that was rude and then asked for soya sauce and hot sauce. She said you have to pay for hot sauce and began walking into back to continue whatshe was doing. Not even a fork or napkin was given to eat my food. I’m big on customer Service and this was horrible service in my opinion. I would never come back to this restaurant

Bamboo Inn Restaurant
The customer service was terrible and so was the food. Ordered chicken fried rice and ginger beef and I couldn't be any more disappointed. Also the Mango bubble tea was absolute garbage. There Vietnamese spring rolls were decent hence the one star. Never coming back.
