Rexall

I was just inside the rexal to pick up a few quick items. ( I am a Secret Shopper ). So I deliberately can into the store with my backpack. And thim the moment I was in the store the security guard watchdd my every move .. I was stareo typed. Not all people with outside bags steal. I was very much not impressed. And felt very violated. I as a regular shopper have been a regular. And given them a lot of paid business. I will be submitting my report to the head office.

5 stars is mostly for the manager Angie. Was there on December while Angie was telling me and other customers the great 50% off deals. The only problem was that some of these items weren't coming up at the cashier probably or require a store coupon, however Angie took care and look over my transaction to ensure everything was correct. The original guy cashier was new and a more experience cashier switch with him, he was very nice to help me with loading my be well coupon and God me additional points for my purchase. I appreciate both the manager and cashier time as I bought at least $100 worth of items after discount and taxes.

You know what? I almost retracted just because I tend to act up(vocally) in there because THEY FOLLOW ME TOO! (i saw others say it) So I'm loud so they don't have to do that, they know where I am and what I'm doing, and they do it anyway. I'm also in this neighbourhood LONGER THAN THE STORE itself. It's SO RUDE. I didn't even have a bag this time! Or pockets even and they still stared me down. RACIST. That's what I think. ONCE Security asked WHILE I WAS PAYING the cashier to make sure the candy" was there. Fully interrupted my purchase for it. I can't believe I ever went back - only because it was close

Zian is THE BEST person I have ever had help me with ANY cosmetic or skin care issues. She is always so friendly and knowledgeable, she knows exactly what I need even if I don't. For the last 10 years I have been having problems with dry and oily skin and nothing has ever helped but she recommended me something that within a week cleared up my skin and made me so unbelievably happy. Thank you so much Zian for being a lifesaver! She has also been the only person that can help me find the perfect foundation that blends seamlessly with my skin. I always look forward to seeing her anytime I visit this Rexall for the wonderful conversations and help with anything.

Convenient location, that's the only upside. Waiting at check-out is slow, and there's no kiosk machine to help improve waiting time.Not enough options on snacks.Cash register procedures in cashing out can be improved for speed and efficiency, it's just poor procedure practices implemented.There's not enough staff at the cash register, there's usually 1 person whenever I'm waiting in line. You can expect up to 2 - 15 minutes wait time at times with only one person and this is not the fault of the employee.Hit or miss on customer service on interactions.

They have a good selection of sunscreens. Cashier was super nice. I remember when this store was a RBC.

Great customer service and Friendly Staff. Located at Toronto Downtown China Town.It's a medium size Rexall location. Always they got clearance items on sale. Inside Bank of Montreal ATM available.

Iconic intersection at Spadina and Dundas but a Rexall with painted wall murals, not sure if a good choice or not. There's so much traffic going on at this traffic intersection that the pace of people and passengers getting on streetcars makes it a bit difficult to feel welcoming/want to go in.The store itself is equipped like an average size Rexall so don't expect too much inventory. The layout wise, it seems like they tried to compress a lot of aisles and products in. It's a bit too narrow and doesn't feel comfortable when a whole loading cart blocks a good portion of walkway. Feels like you got to keep turning corners in this maze! I do appreciate the bilingual languages (Traditional Chinese & English) on the aisle signs though. Staff seems nice if you ask for help.Prices are definitely above average as it's a drugstore. Go in for the sales for slightly cheaper or normal" prices. Definitely stop by for the basic necessities if you need to. But if you're going for a good browse

Regular shopper, place is quiet and a bit dark. But is clean and got everything I need. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a security guard that follows me around. I don’t mind. Because I am not doing anything illegal and they are just doing their job. With crimes situation in Toronto, a lot of stores have a security guard.
