We found what we were looking for here, for props at reasonable prices. Was kinda shocked at the staff wondering whether we scanned a pair of glasses we picked up. Really, if you don't trust your clientele, maybe you shouldn't have self check outs.

Normally I would support any thrift store, particularly those which give to charity, but I'm striking this one from my list. Boycott. Never again.Why?-No change rooms-Returns are for store credit only-Walmart clothes cost more here than at Walmart- You can return sweaty clothing you've worn as long as it still has the tag, but you cannot return a frame that does not fit your picture.-Most sales are final sales, but since all tills are now self-checkout nobody tell you this. (You can read it on the fine print of your receipt after it's too late...)

Clean and well organized for a thirft store. Some of the prices are a little high for used items, but it you are part of the reuse/repurpose movement, many things will fit your needs.

Careful when buying electronics, like cordless keyboards (or cordless anything that comes with a USB). The little USB is ALWAYS missing. Something my partner has forgotten to check for a number of times. And no refunds either. Sometimes you find a deal, it's rare but it can happen

I'm always glad to see a great selection, but the constant and gross overpricing of items has become ridiculous. A pair of well-used pants alone will cost over $15, though you can buy them new for the same price. They need to realize the value of realistic and economy-aware sales and pricing because Value" is not what this Village is about. I find that even when I am there with my family we only make a purchase 1 out of 10 times we visit due to pricing."

We acquired top notch dress shirts and pants for 16 year old boys that grow so fast. At about $13 each ! WowThank you everyone for the great donations. I will re-donate these clothes in probably 6 months.Thank you for great service.

This was always my favourite place to shop. But since there are no change rooms, and I can’t return anything… only exchange.. Well there really is no point in shopping there anymore! Sorry, long time customer, but unless they bring back the change rooms, or allow refunds…. I’ll be doing my thrift shopping at Mission from now on!

Just went to Value Village for the first time in a long time. OMG!! The prices!! Left with nothing and won't be going back any time soon. They do get this stuff for free right!!?? I'll stick to MCC where the prices are still affordable and the chances of bringing bed bugs home are way less.

The toy section in the bags does not make sense. I found a toy set. The car was in one bag and the superhero that goes with the car in another. That's how they get you to pay more. Also, they put out in the 0 to 3t clothing bins looking through it afew times and seen underwear with stains on them. They need to be more clean or organized.
