Daisy my Chocolate lab - TPLO surgery Jul 20/22.This is a wonderful physicality, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wish to help support their pet's recovery after surgery or simply wishes to better their existing life care.Josee Greenacre is amazing! my darling Daisy has fully regained the use of her hind leg; she is once again able to enjoy her walks (pain free) and stairs! and continues to strengthen her injury. Josee worked one-on-one with Daisy, my son and I to get Daisy back to her old self. she provided hands on healing, a wealth of knowledge and time specific exercises that we could focus on at home to get daisy to where she is today! The other great thing in-between visits should I have questions, concerns or anything else she was only a phone call away.Thank you, thank you, thank you! Josee's!

We have now had two appointments with Diana and have seen improvement with my little guys leg and knee. Her energy is calming and friendly. My dogs both really like her. She calms him while doing treatment. She keeps me well informed of her findings, thoughts and next steps. We are very happy with my pups treatment thus far!Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience every single time. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, supportive, innovative with methods to help the dogs. Dogs are always happy and comfortable to cooperate with the exercises. She’s upbeat and happy and they all love her. I’m fortunate to live in town but would travel far for this service. Thumbs up all the way.

Carrie is a great canine physio! My dog has a really hard time when he has to stay still for treatments sometimes, but she was able to instantly build rapport with him and he melts like butter when she works on him!So thankful to have met Carrie and to be able to add her to my dog’s sport care team.

We have been taking our golden, June for a few months now. We couldn’t ask for a better experience with Josee. We always feel that we get Josee’s utmost care and beyond every single appointment. She loves our June just as much we do. And June absolutely loves Josee. As for her treatment, we’ve seen a huge difference in June’s mobility and her entire energy in general has changed with her regular check-ups to improve her hip function, etc. We are so thankful for her continuous support.

Outstanding. My Great Dane loves the treatment and does a happy dance when she arrives. Carrie is so knowledgeable and has a wonderful way with the animals. Exceptional care! Had an emergency appointment because my girl injured herself and Josée was amazing. Betty feels so much better today.

Carrie is AMAZING! My cat and I highly recommend her. She has done physio on my cat now for 5 years and he loves her (he doesn’t love many people other than his immediate family lol)She helps my cat with his stiff muscles, he absolutely loves the shock wave. After he leaves he is in the best of moods and is so agile when we get home.If I could give more then 5 stars I would :)

My husband and I own Canine Watersports Canada and we have a 4 year old Australian Shepherd, named Doug who normally jumps 19'-21'. However, we were at an event Avalon Ranch in August, and somehow hurt himseld and started jumping 5'. He acted totally normal both on and off the dock, but he would only run half dock, slow down, almost a stop and kind of fall into the water. It was heartbreaking to see our little man not himself, so we spoke to a bunch of or competitors and they ALL suggested we contact Carrie at Kemptville Canine Centre, which I did.On the last day of the event which was a Sunday, I messaged Carrie. She answered me quickly and was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, for us she was in British Columbia and she was unable to see Doug until the end of September, so she suggested that I contact Marie France Sauve who is a team member at the Kemptville Canine Centre, because Marie has started a rehab centre at her house and she would be able to see him right away.Thankfully we were able to get an appointment right away with Marie at Wag That Tail and Doug was able to start the healing process with her help and guidance.I cannot thank Carrie at Kemptville Canine Centre enough for taking the time while on vacation and on a Sunday for helping us!I would highly recommend Kemptville Canine Centre to anyone!!!!!
