I was there last week with my son. Dr. Wu and his assistant are very nice and kind.Dr. Wu use all the tools and effort to clean my son's left ear, His left ear was obstructed by a buildup of hard wax,Dr. Wu devoted an hour to the procedure and charged a fixed fee, which I found reasonable.I would rate him more than 5 stars if I can. Highly recommended.I appreciated very much.

I finally solved my ear canal blockage problem. My both ears had been blocked with hardened ear wax, which was affecting my hearing very much, and I had traveled to four cities and two countries for medical treatment to solve the problem, which never fully resolved. The clinician, Stanely Wu, has excellent skills and techniques. He cleared my ear canal in three different ways, and the whole process was completely painless and very comfortable. I have recently taken my 6 year old to get her ears cleaned since she was complaining about her hearing for a few weeks now. This was our first time visiting the clinic and would not be our last. My first impression of the clinic was very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very professional and friendly as we were greeted by the receptionist once we arrived. The ear wax removal process was extremely pleasant and painless as my daughter did not complain. Stanley explained what he will be doing in advance and set expectations for our awareness purposes. During the process, Stanley periodically checks in to see how she is doing and makes small talk to ensure she is feeling great. He uses a microscope camera to provide a before and after pictures and what a huge difference once the process is complete.Thank you again for an excellent service and most importantly, making a fantastic experience for my daughter. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for ear wax removal services. 2 thumbs up!!

I took my son there to have ear wax removal. However, his ear wax was so hard which made it difficult to pull it out. Dr. Wu was so patient and handled with care to ensure my son was not anxious throughout the entire process. It was fairly easy to book an appointment online and the staff are very friendly! Mr. Wu walked me step by step through the ear cleaning process and used a camera to allow me to see the progress throughout the procedure. He also provided me with advice on how to safely manage my ear hygiene for my specific situation at home. Very gentle and painless. They also have an adorable fish tank at the front <3
