Had a great experience today. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Gagan was wonderful. She answered all questions, was great with suggestions and was quick finding items. Despite it being very busy I didn’t feel rushed or like I wasn’t being helped. Thank you Gagan for the great service, really appreciated it!

Very lovely store for office/formal or semi formal clothing. The quality is similar to what u get in Next UK which I personally have preference for. They had sales and alot of amazing trousers were available for $$. If you are a natural tones lover and/or prefer singular or few colour combos this is a place to shop.

RW&Co is becoming a favorite store of mine. I placed an item on hold to exchange an online order instore, and the girls at the front desk were very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth! Thank you to the RW&Co Guildford location!

Manager Brenda was so rude,Just bought stuff 2 days ago and came back to return was not great fit.Instead of resolving it, she says you have to read the fine print at the back of the receipt price tags can't be removed from the item though I have the tags with me.I have no idea why would she say that ( no one mention at the first place, all they say is exchange 30 days and next thing she says read the fine print at the back)So just coz the tag was not attached refused to take the item backGood job keep working like this and see how long you will be a manager.Please resolve this who knows how to handle these small situations.Thank you

We had a very good experience on this location (Guildford Mall RW & Co). Me and my friend are trying to figure out what is the best suit for a wedding occasion. We came in the store and the Vibe inside is very cheerful and everybody is so accomodating but there is this fine gentleman (Abdul) who went above and beyond to help us find everything we need for the occasion. His suggestions is to the next level that we came up with the best suit. At the end of the day we are very happy with what we bought and definitely be coming back to this location for more shopping spree. Thank you Abdul and the team for the best experience. I always shop at this location in guildford mall but today the Manager was not helpful at all and showed a lot of attitude while I was doing a return. I bought a XS sweatshirt and the size was incorrect. I removed the price tag thinking the sweatshirt is XS because it said XS on the sweatshirt but when I wore the shirt it was very big ( small or medium size) I have my account with R&W but whenever I buy something I never receive a electric copy of my receipt despite of requesting so many times. I could not find the hard copy of the receipt and when I went to return the sweatshirt, I was not paid the full amount.The manager did not even apologize and instead told me that it’s ok if I don’t want to shop at R&W. wow !! It’s not about money but it’s how you treat your customers. Some of The staff who works in his location are not friendly at all.My entire family shops in this location but after this incident, I don’t think we will ever visit any of your stores.Thank you and Please re-train your staff to be polite, understanding and treat people the way they need to be treated.Thank you

I have not seen worse customer service than this store and the company. We spent over $1500 and did not receive our orders. I understand that it is not their fault but I experienced the worst handling of the situation that you possibly can. The Store Manager Amanda and ASM Kelly needs some serious training as they are not capable of handling any problems. They DID NOT provide any contact info to escalate the issue or do ANyTHING to resolve but instead asked us to come back for the 4th time. We have not received $800 worth of products one month after the payment and no refund with the worst customer service ever.

It's very nice to know that store you like hit rid of plastic bags. But if it's extremely shameful that you have to pay for their store branded paper bags. You go there buy clothing worth 100s of dollars and they charge 25 cents for their own freaking store branded bags.Actually, thank you. This cheapness of you charging me 25 cents for paper bags is helping me save money by not shopping at your store anymore.
