So I moved to Ontario from BC for a summer job and I was hoping to connect with other indigenous residents here so I figured I would try this friendship centre. The website made the programs sound good but it was not what I expected. First of all it was located in an abondoned high school which was super creepy and it has poor signage. And second of all the girl in the main office was not helpful at all nor friendly. Did not feel welcomed at all. Definitely will not be returning to this facility or will not attempt to even try and access their programs. Hard pass.

So, I have chosen to share some details experience's. So, I have been a member since 1994. And have had a really good time with the elders and wise men and women and the drummers and dancers and singers and the other members. And, I have meet a lot of good and healthy and polite and good at speeking english and well dressed people. And some people not so fortunenet. Well, I have had a good visit and going to continue to visit and socialize with the employees. Thank you, for asking me to share some detailed experience's. Good bye.

This is a place that helps us Native folk get back on our feet.they have many different services to offer an help with homelessness.I myself have been going there periodically since it opened.
