Downtown Coin Laundry

No way to contact someone. Machines are old and small. Put in $5 for washer and it didn't start. Door doesn't get locked. No way to retrieve coins back. Recommend using other stores. Waste of time and money.

Great, convenient place to do laundry. Always clean, always attended in case any issues arise, great staff. Have helped me carry out multiple baskets of laundry to the car before, or helped move my things across the building. Highly recommended.

I have been to many places in Canada and of course always used landromats all over the place but this one is by far the cleanest and most welcoming Coin laundry spot i have been so far. The owner is super friendly and welcoming and can help you if you have any problems with your laundry. He gives great informations about the region and makes sure you don't get lost if you're not from here.So over all it's a great place to do your laundry and it's super affordable.Can highly recommend this place.

Don’t get change for a 20 dollar bill will short you everytime… I asked an attendant why… apparently its supposed to so the owner doesn’t have to get change from the bank as often?…. Is there not change in the machines?… Honestly very overpriced for the quality and lack of customer service and respect… Short changing ppl on purpose is theft

It would have been nice to choose what coins we need from the change machine. We got loads of quarters when the washers require loonies or twonies

I've being going to this laundry mat for 20 years, great machines, clean place, free parking. Washers and dryers are well maintained . Reasonably priced and no hidden costs. Plus convenient location downtown - you can stroll down to the main street for coffee, shopping etc.

Fabulous place, always EXTRA clean!!! Reassuring during covid 19. Lots of cameras, nice safe environment! Any issues are looked after quickly and pleasantly. No other laundry mat can touch this place!!

This place is a sad excuse for a laundromat. Change machine is for decoration only. Your stuff comes out of the washers dripping wet and the dryers are not effective at all. There is no number to call if you have questions or need assistance. Use another laundromat.

I've used this place since the early 90's off and on but won't anymore. It's so outdated it's like stepping into the 70's like that laundry up on 16th with the car wash that shut down. Honest to god this place needs to be gutted or torn down and rebuilt. Sunrise Laundry are newer and more classy and up to date, makes you feel good doing your laundry there they are so nice. Plus that lesbian attendant Nancy has come on to several of my friends over the years makes a girl feel uncomfortable being there. Also the lady Nancy is the biggest gossip queen in the city, she talks about everyone behind their backs.
