Brought a used ATV in for a once over mechanical and to install a winch I provided. Staff were great, they got it done in a timely fashion even though I wasn't in a rush. The bill was very reasonable for everything done. I'll definitely be back in the future for service, and if I ever buy a new machine they'll get my business.

I have been here more than 5 times for service and every time I go, I feel so good with their honest feedback and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for shopping and servicing.

Thankful to have met Todd at KW Honda. I was in need of a Grom with same day delivery and with a bunch of hard work, Todd was able to make that happen. It is always rewarding as a customer when things go your way and Todd as well as KW Honda went out of their way to make it happen. I will be in search of a CRF 110 and CRF 450 in the near future and you can bet I will be returning to KW. Thanks again guys loving my New 2023 Grom! Todd the shoes are still as fresh as the bike lol.

The team ta KW Honda is amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable about all of their equipment and are very friendly to all of their customers. The showroom is well laid out and they do a great job answering questions on the phone or in person. I would highly recommend reaching out to them or visiting them in person at the showroom.

Very worthwhile drive from London. For Goldwing parts that somehow no one else has. And priced way below a London Honda dealer quoted even though that same London dealer told me it would be a couple of weeks to get them.

Purchased my 2023 CB500F from these guys after getting bored of my 300cc bike. Todd was very helpful and went as far as to show me all of the features/controls of my new bike in comparison to my old bike. I was never given this kind of exceptional treatment when buying my other bike at a different dealership. It’s clear KW Honda staff don’t just care about making a sale, but go as far as to ensure that the customer is buying the right bike and is happy with said bike.
