I booked my trip to Japan/HK through this agency and confirmed all the bookings in two days. When I went into pay for my booking, I then find out that the staff who was incharged of my case had quit and didn't pass on my case to other staffs. The staff that was helping me with my payment was very frustrated with the situation and the entire time, she was complaining. Very unprofessional.
