Very very unprofessional and arrogant person. I called a week in advance and booked an appointment since it is only by appointment. She told me to contact her in case of cancellation only. I said that I wasn’t going to cancel. Booked a sitter for my baby for an hour and half and drove 20 minutes away to her office on the appointment date. The door was closed so I contacted her and she told me that she had an emergency and « this is why I ask people to call me the day before to confirm » she then asked what it was for and for which date which are things she should have noted when I called to book the appointment and we discussed all of this. It was obvious she never noted anything and doesn’t care at all about her business. Did not apologize for forgetting our appointment and instead tried to blame me for her incompetence. She proceeded to put me on hold and I hung up. She called me 10 minutes later saying it wasnt a big deal if I waited for her 20 minutes to come from her house. As a business owner I can honestly say this is not a serious person and she is not accountable for her own actions which is not someone you want to deal with professionally. Its her responsibility to confirm appointments not the clients’ which she never mentionned when we spoke initially but she refused to just admit she forgot. Very arrogant person don’t waste your time.....

I had an appointment today at 1:30 and the store was closed. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
