The staff is as cold as a block of ice. You can never rely on this clinic to ever look after your child unless you can forecast that your child will be sick in their insane 3-4 week wait for an appointment. Absolutely disgusted with the clinic and staff who've never showed an ounce of concern for my past two call-ins due to my daughter's sickness. Stay far away.

Dr.Katai is a wonderful, smart and caring doctor. He has always tried to address any issues we have had and educate us to understand. We have been going there since 2014 and all levels of care have not changed. The staff are amazing and understanding as well (even with me, as I am crazy forgetful and am almost never prepared) Thank you.

Dr. Kitai is a great wonderful doctor, he always address our concerns and treat my baby with greatest care; even phoned me himself at night to make sure we get test results ( called twice) Thank you Dr Kitai and hope he stays working at least my baby turn 18.
