Absolutely LOVE our Softub. Scored the lottery when we got one second hand. Have since changed out the mother board and recently had the liner replaced and works just like new. More comfortable that any hot tub I’ve ever sat in! Repairs were also very reasonably priced.

My husband and I have had our Softub since October 2022. We had initially bought it as a means for me to do hydrotherapy. I have fibromyalgia and we were hoping that having a Softub would help alleviate the pain associated with fibromyalgia. Well, the Softub has far exceeded our expectations in not just helping with my pain but also improving the overall quality of our lives.My pain is now more manageable and we both have fewer overall aches and pains and better quality of sleep.Thank you so much Softub!

I recently had my Hydromate serviced to repair the dial (for the jets) which had detached from the unit. It was such a minor fix, that Softub decided to repair it for free. WOW!! What a pleasant surprise. Thank you Softub (Sudbury). This company has integrity as well as an excellent product...

Tub was ready quickly. We picked up the tub from head office. everything was ready and well packed. This 300 model Softtub is replacing our 20 year old 4 person softtub. Not that it stopped working but because we needed a more roomy tub.Great product. Highly recommend.

I am giving Soft Tub a 5+ star. Since day one of the purchase of our soft tub, we have been nothing but pleased with the all-around services provided to us from time of purchase, installation and the continuous costumer services when needed. I can’t forget to mention the little perks we have received for being great customer as well. This soft tub has provided my family and me a place to enjoy during these hard times. Working from home has been hard for me; being in a confined space, looking at my screen and same wall all day was taking a toll on me. Let us not forgot that I am a social butterfly and need to interact with people during the day. I was slowly feeling myself slipping away into someone I did not like anymore. Let me tell you; I started using my soft tub during my lunch hour and this has been a lifesaver for me. We recently purchased a Softub (Sudbury) and we have nothing but positive reviews. Meagan from the sales team was wonderful, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery was fast and they assisted with set up. It has been very easy to maintain and we have no regrets. Very happy with our new Softub and would definitely recommend!

After many years of loving my Softub, I have become very disappointed with it and the service being provided by dealers. I have an older 300 tub (approx 8 years old) that I sent to the dealer for a full refurbishment last September (new pump, control board, liner, exterior skin, light...) at a cost of over $3k. I figured why throw it out since one of the advantages of buying Canadian is that it can easily be fixed. By November the tub started leaking, I couldn't see where the leak was coming from so given that it was winter, took is apart and stored it until the dealer was able to come get it.Dealer finally came to pick it up and after inspection realized it was the viton seal on the pump that was the issue. Given that a new pump had been installed, it was obviously a defect. I was expecting it to be covered by warranty, but no only the part was not the labor or diagnostics. So all in all I am out another $329 plus all the hassle for something that was clearly defective.Oh yes, they were very quick to blame a chemical imbalance as the possible cause. Funny thing, the linear still looks like new and we were using it regularly with no issues. And the amount of chemicals required to cause this after less then 2 months of use would be more than just a small chemical imbalance.It is a good thing, car warranties do not work like this.

I had great accurate service from Softub... My tub arrived on time and I quickly installed it on the back deck....So easy to handle and move it... Plugged it in, filled it...voila in 24 hrs it will be ready to use as water has to heat up. I love the softubs because although they are very soft and pleasant to the touch...they are solid and not flimsy.... I love the fact it does not need a heater because it is heated via **the motor***. Very intelligent design! Very economical to run and keep heated 365 days per year! I have owned 2 hot tubs over the years and loved em both immensely!

I love my softtub I’ve owned 2 in 20 years.. best medicine for this with arthritis..so relaxing.

We purchased this wonderful Softub product and it took just over 2 weeks to arrive at our home. It was so quick to set it up and took less than 24 hours to heat to 104F using only cold water. We chose the 2 person size and we love the compact design for our needs. We're snowbirds so this will be perfect when we leave for the winter all we have to do is empty it then roll it into the shed to keep it clear of the snow and winter elements. The only thing I wish is that it came with a starter kit as we didn't realize it didn't have one with it but I called Softub Canada and they were very helpful and recommended a place to get chemicals immediately or I could order from them and they would send them out. If you're looking for a great hot tub without the super high cost this is the one for you! Great customer service, and best of all it's manufactured in CANADA! Thank you Softub!
