My partner and I are soon-to-be first-time parents and we had the privilege to be a part of Sarah’s Any Day Now 5-week prenatal classes.Each class was extremely thoughtful, open, and informative, giving us both the knowledge and confidence as we prepare for birth and beyond. Equally important, Sarah’s experience, passion, and care made the whole experience genuinely fun and engaging. Had the most amazing experience attending the any day now birth classes with Sarah. After taking the classes, I feel a lot calmer going into this new chapter. Knowledge really is power! Not only was it helpful to learn about the birth experience for myself but it really helped for my partner understand what it could look like and how he can help to support me. This class was so much more than I thought and I would recommend to any new mom and dad!

I just had my first birth 2 weeks ago and could not have had the positive experience (as positive as can be) without Sarah's prenatal class! This class goes over everything leading up to labor and delivery and seriously taught me so much. Thanks to the class I went into labor knowing what all my options were and the risks vs benefits at every stage (i.e. pain management) and feeling empowered to make quick decisions when the time came - so grateful for that as at times things progressed so fast there wasn't time to ask for more information. My partner and I found the informal/discussion format really helpful - so much better than just being talked at for hours. My partner in particular found it really helpful for understanding what I'd be going through and how he can support me. And most important of all, it empowered me to have an amazing intervention-free water birth AT THE HOSPITAL.TLDR: take this class! It's worth every penny.

I would recommend Sarah and Any Day Now Birth Services to any expectant parents! Her talk-based but structured format creates such a comfortable and fun learning environment. She covers everything from what to expect at different stages of labour to how to advocate for yourself and your partner during your birth journey. We had private sessions with Sarah, including 2 other couples, and we absolutely had no regrets.Sarah’s approach was holistic, inclusive, diverse and supportive. She was very organized and planned our sessions thoughtfully, while still taking the time to answer our questions. She was so flexible with adapting the lessons by spending more time on the topics we really wanted to focus on.I loved not only learning about what to expect during labour and delivery, but how to advocate for ourselves, and how our partners can support the birthing partner as well.I highly recommend taking the prenatal classes with Sarah.

I was extremely skeptical about how useful the class would be, and thought it would be going through high school CAPP class again. I AM SO GLAD THAT WE DECIDED TO JOIN THE CLASS.Each class, I was able to learn something new. Not only do we get to learn the whole process, but we also get to learn a lot on how to prepare our minds for the whole labour process.GUYS, if this is your first baby, and you THINK you know how to support your partner during the birthing duration, there is an really high chance that you may need this class. Joining the class prepared me to look for cues and ways to suggest on what I could offer to support, instead of thinking that I know what to do.Thanks Sarah!

The Birth Journey Prenatal Series is a MUST HAVE for First-Time Parents. Googling information will NOT get yourself ready to support your partner both physically and mentally but this course will.

I’ll admit my wife signed up for this and I was a little skeptical about taking classes. I agreed to attend to support her. I must say that I learned so much more than I expected and now feel like I’m in better shoes to support my wife through birth. Sarah was our instructor and was so informative. She can even go along with the jokes that were being dropped. All around I actually had fun at these classes and learned lots. If you’re a guy like me and hesitant to go or register, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Highly recommended to all couples who are having a baby soon.The classes are fun, educational and eye opening! We went from knowing very little and being unsure to feeling comfortable and empowered with what we are heading towards. Totally worth the investment because you also learn lots of other life-long skills and meet such great people who are going thru the same phase in life.Sarah is absolutely incredible. She did an amazing job in answering all our queries and ensuring we felt much more confident when we go to a hospital for birth. It’s better to be prepared.
