It’s not too crowded they have good time hours.People in this gym are pretty nice - most of the time it’s empty so you can have a good training by yourself and they do have different group activities like : boxing , dance , and many more.It’s a clean gym with most of the machines you need and space

I've been going here for several years already and it's a great place to work out. It's a spacious and clean gym with plenty of equipment and the staff are all very friendly.

This gym is amazing. I’ve been going for a month and it’s inexpensive, with a great vibe, not usually too busy, and the people and staff are all really friendly. I highly recommend!

Honestly... this is one of my hidden gems. It has also been a saviour for me. As many, during covid I gained A LOT of weight. I mean a lot! I have been an on and off member here for years. But now I am here to stay. The machines are well kept. The price is fair. The hours are awesome. And it's absolutely essential in this world of uncertainty and disease to stay fit and healthy. My wife and I both joined and this has been the best money I've spent in years. Oh yeah the staff is great and they have a shake bar and filtered water. You are doing yourself a disservice if you live in the area and don't at least check this place out. You can thank me once you join. I'm the tall handsome guy with glasses there everyday.

Clean changing rooms and nice gym equipment. Very friendly and supportive environment! I personally love Holly, she is very professional, hard working and I’m always happy to see her. Definitely feel motivated and energetic every time I go. I’ve witnessed all the new renovations they have done compared to how it used to look and they did a great job!

I've been to multiple gym's and this one is the most convenient of all. Great people and staff. I would recommend to any that are new or looking for a new gym membership. You never have to wait for a machine too ;)
