My daughter has been under the care of Dr. Wong for a while now. He is always caring, conscientious and takes time to ensure our concerns are addressed. We love the new location, so bright and spacious and the long wait times have no longer been an issue.

My personal experience: the lady at the front desk was one of the most rude, unfriendly people I have ever dealt with, both in-person and over the phone. I am willing to bet that this business is losing lots of money specifically due to her downright offensive attitude and demeanor towards customers.

A beautiful office. The front staff were friendly and very busy. They clearly know their patients as they greeted them by name. There were two doctors on site and patients coming in for UV treatment. The front end staff handled all of this professionally and seamlessly while making phone calls and signing in many patients. I did wait a bit (I wait at my doctor too so no different) and well worth the wait. Dr, Wong was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He was patient and explained my situation in detail. He took all the time needed and I was not rushed. He has a pleasant demeanor and great sense of humour! Thank you to you all!

I've left 1-star reviews to a couple of the doctors in Vancouver, but Dr. Aarong Wong deserves 5-star. He's emphathetic, and he takes time to talk to his patients and he listens. The frontdesk staff, on the other hand, needs to CTFO. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the lady how long is the wait going to be?" she rolls her eyes and says "we don't give out wait time". Then she tells me "there's one person before you". C'mon. How much extra energy does it take for you to say "I'm sorry about the wait. There's one person before you. You'll see the doctor soon." with smile? It's a small gesture

Waited four months to get into this office. I was in there for a maximum of ten minutes, the doctor looked at my skin for maybe twenty seconds and told me there was nothing he could do for me. He didn’t even explore the idea of root causes. Don’t waste your time.

I should be clear here. I went in to ask for some help for my daughter and found one lady at the front desk to be one of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. On such an emotional topic she showed zero compassion. To say I was a little disappointed is an understatement. Based on my experience I would not go back there. Anyway, I went to another dermatologist down the road who explained the process and now my daughter is getting the help she needs.

Not the friendliest guy. I usually have respect for doctors but this guy is an exception. The dude is rude and specifically said twice you're referred here just for one issue...and didn't even let me ask anything else.

Dr. Wong is an excellent dermatologist. He is the third dermatologist I have been referred to (the other two are retired) and has developed an easy and effective management plan for my skin conditions. In addition to treating my chronic conditions, Dr. Wong has completed a small surgical procedure on me. It was done efficiently with proper pain management. (I didn’t feel a thing). He couples a strong analytical problem solving mindset with immaculate bedside manner. I can’t thank him enough as his treatment has resulted in a positive improvement in my quality of life.
