Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre
I've had two gastroscopy appointments in two years with Oak Ridges Endoscopy. Both of my experiences were pleasant and straightforward. If you're nervous like myself when it comes to medical procedures, you won't be with Dr. Ginzburg and his team. Everybody there is calm and friendly, has a good sense of humor, and they do a great job of explaining what happens before, during and after the procedure. You're in good hands at Oak Ridges Endoscopy.

Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre
This Clinic has the most Respectful, Friendly and Competent staff I have experienced. The patients comfort, dignity and well-being are their top priority. The facility is kept clean and sanitary, and very orderly, even during busy times. Dr. V. Ginzburg is simply the Best. He makes you feel at ease right from the first meeting with an excellent bedside manner. I have been going to Dr. Ginzburg for years and highly recommend him. His knowledgable expertise, thorough respectful communications, and a lighthearted sense of humor, is a short list of his attributes.

I had a gastroscopy at Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre and I cannot speak more highly of the staff. The receptionist was warm and friendly. The nurse patiently answered all my questions. When I told her I had a bit of anxiety, she took her time to walk me through the procedure and was very calming. The anesthesiologist and nurse who took care of me during the procedure were kind and caring. Every interaction I have had with Dr. Ginzburg over the last three years has been so positive. He is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. I cannot recommend him and this clinic enough.

I had a great experience at the Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre, all the staff were very friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Dr Ginzburg was very personable and was very thorough in explaining everything to me before and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

The staff was definitely caring and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Everyone there was attentive and personable.Dr Ginzburg was caring and thorough. He took the time to explain the procedure and his findings. He listened patiently to my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rush at all. My overall experience there was very good. Chances are your will be too. It’s a good environment. Great job to everyone.

A great experience from start to finish. Staff made me very comfortable and at ease. Can’t say enough about Dr. Ginzburg, professional and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. And I can’t leave out the anesthetist, thank you so much, I didn’t feel a thing.

Great staff.Very friendly .The receptionists greeted warmly.The nurses were very nice and kind.Doctor Ginzburg is a wonderful physician that other than his competency and skills ,his great positive energy and caring personality made the experience very pleasant . You can easily know you are in good hands and go to sleep at peace for the operation .Highly recommended.
