Good Service… bit busy during the morning hour maybe because it’s the only one around this area. Wish they had a Drive thru but overall recommended.

Love the staff who work nights! Frankie especially was very friendly, generous, and considerate - all while making the best chai ever. Best dine in service I’ve had in awhile from anywhere. Thank you Frankie!!

Been super disappointed by this Starbucks location over the past few months. Mobile orders are never ready on time usually end up waiting 15 + minutes from the expected pick up time. One time I waited over 30 minutes past pick up time for a black pike. No point to order ahead of time. Also the sanitation is really lacking especially with cross contamination between dairy and non. Dairy options. I had to stop ordering hot drinks/latte because the baristas use the same rag and sanitation bin to wipe the milk frother. Ended up with a few allergic reactions. Being in the pricier side of coffee I don’t believe Starbucks has been living up-to it’s value. Not here to blame the baristas, but to blame management and corporate for not being more attentive especially with the diary and dairy free cross contamination.

If I could give a zero star I would.let me start by saying this was the worst experience I had at a Starbucks branch.My first time and definitely my last.0 or even negative to the customer service.The girl who was taking my order looked like she hated her job and wanted to be anywhere but there and this is 9am, didn’t even say hi!! placed the order and waited for my drink and breakfast sandwich.The employees were chatting with each other, laughing while at least 5 people were waiting in the line up.I got my drink and because I didn’t see my sandwich going in their oven I asked the girl who was standing on the “pick up your order” side. She was working with an ipad when I approached her and said hey sorry… she didn’t even look at me and while she’s typing something on the ipad said “what’s up?”I said I just wanted to see if my sandwich is getting ready, she giggled multiple times and said I’ll look. stood there still typing on the ipad, I asked if that was funny or my question sounded funny to her. She said no it’s just like I have so much to do and we are so under staff and people are asking for too many things and then you came and asked me to check on your sandwich so I was like aaah one more thing added!!!She then continued typing and then went and put my sandwich in the oven!God knows if I didn’t ask how much longer they would’ve taken to give me my order.I was shocked by this girl’s behaviour. Is this my problem that you guys are understaff? Hire people who like working there and like to work under pressure.Firstly you hire the wrong people then possibly they don’t get the training they should and have no idea whatsoever what customer service is!This branch is a shame to Starbucks and they need to look into the management and staff! An absolutely horrible experience.

Usually this place is Poppin but I don’t know what happened it’s Tuesday 930 only three people working lineup is almost at the door. Wait for my drink cause I love Starbucks get my old milk brown sugar Americano get out the door start driving get to where I need to go go to sip my drink cause it was hot and it’s made with soy milk. Come on guys what’s going on?

Fairly busy location. Only three staff. Saw some people waiting for their mobile orders for over 10 minutes. But if you want Starbucks waddayagonnado.Spacious with a lot of seating.

Bad service, did not give entire order together and had to wait while other people got served. White girl with glasses was no help and did not apologize for the inconvenience. When asked where our order was, I was told they did not print the sticker out which is not my fault. Training or rehiring needs to happen at this location. Terrible.
