FYI, horrible experience, he really wants to help those through walk n patients because he makes more money that not patients who are in excruciating pain. Condescending, rude, Stay away. Go elsewhere he has many bad reviews, and that speaks red flag.

We went on a Saturday without an appointment, because our son was sick. Dr. Rezk was really nice, he checked him out, and he prescribed his medication for him.

Came in there for supposed Prenatal Care"

I was 15 minutes early. It would be rude to keep the doctor waiting.I waited patiently until 15 minutes after my appointment time when I heard the receptionist telling another patient what order everyone would be seen in. I was last.I talked the receptionist. She told me the doctor had come in late and was trying to catch up.I wish she told that right away. Maybe I would've waited if she communicated with me. Or at least I could've made the choice to leave right away. Even better, they could've called or texted to let me know the doctor was so far behind. My time is valuable too. And I showed respect by being there early. If the doctor doesn't know how to manage his time and reception doesn't know how to manage expectations, then I'll find a different doctor.

I searched for the nearest Walk In Clinic after being terribly sick for 2 days, and came across this Clinic last night. After approx. half an hours wait, (at rush hour), I was seen by Danielle, the Practitioner on duty. She was kind, thorough, and very helpful with advice as to what I could do for a viral infection. She wasn't rushing to give me antibiotics, although that would have been good to me at this point. She asked me to see her in 4 days, if I was still in pain; and the throat swab came back positive for Strept; and she would give me further attention. She was patient in asking for my health history, and symptoms I was experiencing, which were many. I am so glad that I came across this caring facility! Good name......from the front desk station to the Practitioner, they were quick and caring! Thanks.....I have already recommended your facility to my friends.

They were very mean to me through email after taking my information to see a family physician. I've been dealing with suicidal thoughts and going through a health crisis and the lack of empathy I got from this clinic made me feel worse.

My wife stumbled across Dr Rezk's clinic as she was in need of a prescription for woman's medical situation and found Dr Rezk to be a kind and compassionate family practioner. We are from out of town and had to be in Winnipeg for a surgical procedure As we recently lost our family practioner we will be becoming regular patients of Dr. Rezk

I thought the definition of Quick, means the clinic would have short wait times and be a walk in basis. Who knew a quick care clinic would require an appointment. How is this any different from visiting your GP?I think these clinics are a waste of tax payers money.I went to a quick care clinic to only be turned away because I didn't have an appointment, and I went right at opening time!

When i was sick and i arrived late at my family doctor but they cancelled my appointment and then I went to this life and care clinic and they as always treated me very well and with empathy i feeled very well
