Airhouse Squamish

I decided to visit Airhouse with a friend. We are both not very active, and wanted to stretch out on a rainy day.The staff ran us through some very simple rules and off to the trampolines!Had way too much fun!I plan to visit alot more often!

Organized chaos! It’s awesome. Our 4 y/o absolutely loves this place. Somehow he doesn’t hurt himself which helps.

We have been to two birthday parties at Airhouse! Both times, everything was really well organized and the parties went off without a hitch. The staff was friendly and they consistently put the safety of the children first. We will definitely return!

Prices have gone way up for birthday's. And not enough time. Only 1 hour jump time and 45 min for eating, cake and presents...No change table for the little ones. Had to change my toddler in the vehicle.

Great place for the camps/after school activities

We were told by one staff member that we were allowed on the trampolines with our kids attending a birthday party, we started jumping around and the other staff member came over and told us to get off the trampolines. The second staff member was pretty rude, we were not doing anything wrong. I think further training in customer service is needed. Neither us, or our kids, have been back since.

One of the workers was really short tempered to my kids and made them cry. I would not recommend.

Great facility in Squamish for adults and kids alike. Pretty popular spot for birthdays - they have a great mezzanine area to use after jumping for the party. Drop ins are usually fine, but due to its popularity, you might want to book ahead.

Pretty dissatisfied with this place. The staffing and prices are absurd. We first signed up for parent-tot classes, it was great that we got to use anything in the facility including the trampolines and the nice boy was always there to help us when needed or show us the proper way for our kids to jump. Our last class we had a different instructor who actually tried to run the class, seemed frustrated that the kids (ages 18 months-3) didnt care to follow her instruction and wouldnt allow us on the trampolines to help our kids. This course already worked out to about 14 dollars a class which was fine. Next season comes and they have increased the price. Decided Brennan Park was a more suitable choice. Now we go to do a drop in and my husband pays 25 bucks to go with our son, went to use one of the trampolines and was told he cannot use them unless in a class! Pretty disappointing that it was not mentioned as it is a airhouse and now they only get to use that little.fraction of area to run around.
