From beginning to end, an exceptional experience. Tatiana the sales associate was extremely patient, knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless. She was thoroughly and followed up every step of the way. Keith the installer was equally exceptional. He took great pride in his work, was super polite and friendly. Quick and efficient all around. Thank you Tatiana and Keith!!! I love my blinds!!! Highly recommend the staff at this location.

Couldn't have been more happy with our experience at Blinds to Go with help installing blinds for our medical clinic. Maria at the Scarborough location was detailed in advising me on the right blinds to pick. All the installation and measuring was worked into the final service. Keith was great at installation of the blinds. End to end it was a very straight forward and high quality service! The final product was noticed by all of our patients the first day back in the office.

They say they have life time warranty on the tracks, and they are not kidding around. I recently had my old track replaced at the store and customer service rep Janelle was super nice to handle my case and also went above and beyond to provide helpful tips in replacing the individual motor which I applied to the other blind I had at home.I also had to order some new vanes to replace the broken ones, Holly helped to find the exact match and placed the order.Both orders came fast, especially the vanes, which was supposed to take up to 10 days, I got it on the 3rd day.Extremely happy about the service I received from this store, thank you!

I recently had vertical blinds installed on the enclosed balcony of my condo. What a difference these blinds have made, they look awesome. I have Holly Devoy, my Design Consultant, to thank for helping me choose the right style and colour. Not only does she know her blinds, she has great people skills, very easy to work with.She made arrangements to have the blinds installed by Roberto Ong, who was very efficient and did a great job.What a team!

The staff at the scarborough location was incredibly helpful and supportive to ensure I got my blinds in for the tight deadline needed. Everyone pitched in whenever i called from management to staff ....Tatiana was reliable and effective knowledgeable about products and did everything she could to help us out. Going above and beyond is the kind of service I value and appreciate. Thank you Everyone for making this happen....definitely will refer to family and friends ❤️

I had an excellent experience with Blinds to Go. I needed new blinds for my condo. Holly was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to choose the blinds and even stayed after the official closing to ensure that everything was accurate and through. The person who came to measure did an excellent job as well. Yesterday Moe their installer came and once again the service was efficient, friendly, and very well done. This is my second experience with Blinds to Go and I would heartily recommend them to anybody who needs roller blinds. They also are quick from beginning to end but don't sacrifice quality. Also very reasonably priced for the quality.
