My wife Michelle and I had the pleasure of working with Roland while building our custom home. At the conclusion of our initial consultation with Roland, it was clear to us that he was the best choice for building our home, as he proved to be informative, thorough in his discovery of our wants and needs, up-front and honest in his communication and he was very genuine and personable. Roland's professionalism and wealth of home construction knowledge were very much appreciated, as we progressed through the design, budget, product selection, construction phases and ultimately the handover at the end of our build. We valued his experience in helping us navigate the foreign (to us), sometimes daunting and yet exciting process that comprises constructing a new home. I would highly recommend Roland to anyone considering a custom home build in the Okanagan as he truly does love his work -- and best of all, it shows in his results.

Poor client service, spoke to the owner Mr Rolan and I asked him to meet on site to see our new build site and discuss next steps on moving forward with the build process, he indicated he wont meet me until he sees the plans even though we just went through the model and basic concept over the phone, When i asked again to meet as I am leaving tomorrow to head back to Alberta and I only have today to do this. He told me in a defensive and rude tone, he wont meet without seeing the plans first, and told me to hire someone else than hung up on me........If this is any reflection of how he conducts business during a build i am glad we are using someone else.

Roland Blaise has empressed me and the people around me with charisma and responsibility. I have met his family many times and his children have adopted his strong character. He is a great man and father.It has been my pleasure to have met Roland more than 14 years ago. He has become a great friend over the years. His energy is contagious and attention to detail is meticulous. He goes a long way, to make everyone he comes in contact with, comfortable and inspiring. His sense of humor and attention to the people around him keeps the group together and on the same page. His experience is such a big help in making decisions, especially hard decisions.As a business man in the local community for over 35 years I have found Roland to be professional, attentive and kind.I would encourage anyone who may consider doing business with Roland not to hesitate. We used Roland to design a custom home for us and then to project manage the construction of the home. Roland's years of experience in home design were evident by the comments and suggestions that he made, as well as his ability to take our requirements and reflect them in the design. He provides respectful advice and will give you things to think about. Roland also has a large compliment of very experienced trades people and other consultants e.g. interior decorating that know their speciality and deliver quality work.Roland is very capable of working with clients electronically, that is, the majority of our meetings and conversations with him were done via phone, email and conference call (and this was done before Covid restrictions). We did not live in the area at the time of construction and were periodically there. We set up a schedule for visits with Roland knowing that our presence would be critical at certain construction phases. When unexpected circumstances occurred, Roland would take photos from the job site or plans, etc. send them via email then schedule a conference call. This worked very well whether we would have been across the street or across the country.House was completed on time.We would use Roland again.
