It was the worst place ever for me. I select bio gel for my hands nail , lotssss of bubbles and dust !! So dirty… all the uv places lots of dust and very dirty !The woman who doing my nails all the time in a hurry and talking on her phone or talking Chinese with her coworkers loudly!!!!!! A disaster and very pricey because on the phone told me something but @ the place something else , moreover they move my appointment! Can you believe that? All these things in one place !

There's hundreds of nail salons in every area but I continue to come here because they are continually friendly and appreciative of your business. The salon is clean and they have a huge color selection. I try to always make an appointment but even when I sometimes just stop by they always make time. I usually see May for my pedicure, she's fantastic, but they are all skilled.

I had the worst french experience here. After 1.5h that she finished, I didn’t have time to re do it; so I came back 2 days later, and they recharge me to do the color change. The funny part is that the owner believed it was fine, and I could deal with it.This is the costume service they will provide you here. So rude. I wish I had a picture to post it.

First experience here was amazing. Nails were not rushed and looked great. My last 2 times coming here were awful. The ladies I had were both rushing my appointment. The last time I went I asked to get my cuticles pushed before she applied the acrylic to keep it off of my skin and make the nails longer and she kept refusing saying I had to pay for a full manicure. Even when I asked her to clear the dissolved glue from under my nails from my last set she said no and kept telling me not to worry about it. My nails had no curve to them, were uneven and not smoothed out nicely. There's so much gunk under my nails due to her not clearing them even AFTER I paid for the manicure to ensure these things were done. Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and won't be coming back due to the lack of care. I get you guys want us in and out but it shouldn't be at the cost of our nails looking bad.

I had a pedicure and nail filling done.I was very satisfied with both.The Pedicurist and manicurist were very professional and friendly.I just wonder why the floors of the salon are being washed in mid morning as customers arrive.Floor was full of water, slippery and it was very dangerous for me (as I have orthopedic issues) to walk into the place and later move from pedicure chair to manicure position.Floors can be washed before customers arrive. You open only at 10.

Had a great experience here! Called in to see if they could accommodate me and they were honest they needed 30 to 40 minutes. Many other salons say come right now and have you waiting. As it got closer to my appointment my back was hurting and I didn't think I could handle sitting for such a long time. They assured me they'd have me in and out in 40 minutes and they delivered with quality work!

Edit from original review: the service should be improved, my appointment wasn't respected may times, and my nails chipped one day after the gel manicure and i have to go back to fix it and they chipped again.original review: Very good and clean, the ladies are all nice and take time to find the colour and style you want. They always respect your appointment time and get you in and out quickly if you're in a rush

Serene's Nails & Spa is the best I've been to. A very clean salon with professional ladies. May has been doing my nails for a year and she is amazing. Her attention to detail and perfectionism means i leave happy every single time. She is always up for the challenge I bring her in the way of nail designs. Highly recommended.

I am coming to this place for years with my daughters. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They will always try to accommodate all your needs and making you welcome any time. I recommend this place 100%.Thank you Serene Nails!

I have been going to this salon for 5 plus years. Love all the staff there. They are always very helpful and my nails always look great. I go here mostly because I need a proper pedicure cleaning as I am always on my feet for work; the mani is an absolute bonus. My hands and feet always look picture perfect ready.
