The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, experienced and knowledgeable. They have a huge stock of inventory. Why waste your time and money with Home Depot, Lowes, or Reno when you can as easily go to the experts at Noble. Great prices and top quality product.

I am going to share my brilliant story. Stopped by here to get some materials. My company has been working with noble for 15 years. When I order, the counter didn’t understand what I was saying and getting angry and speaking loudly. I told him to calm down and called sales manager. They were many people around. Even the manager showed and the guy still was crying. I left the place and talked the manager by phone.He apologized the issue. Is the noble only supplier in GTA? Is it supposed that swearing to customers and speaking louder than his manager? No one wants to get stressed in shopping. Why do we have to pay for unkindness? Please provide at least customer service.

The staff behind the counter are awesome. They know their stuff, but getting the product to you because now I hear it is automated it takes forever if it’s coming from the back and not from behind the wall and you have to wait for almost an hour.

One of best locations to buy the plumbing stuff , Shawn Kraft helped me out, I went there to buy some commercial stuff , he has a lot of knowledge about plumbing parts and is very fast taking the order, the best guy in this location,thank you Shawn!

The customer service at this specific branch is always top notch. I had an issue with another branch and went to concord for a solution. Sean (spelling?) specifically showed was customer service should be and had me taken care of. I will definitely return any time I need any plumbing / hvac supply in the future.

This is the worst Noble I've ever had the displeasure of going to. The staff are mostly clueless, and have no sense of urgency. They will take SO LONG trying to input an order for the most common of plumbing items. All of their products are also in the back warehouse(???), so even the most common items take forever to make their way to the front of house. I only ordered a couple Waltec hot cartridges, and I've been here now for almost 30 minutes waiting for my order. I actively avoid this Noble, but unfortunately couldn't today. I highly advise anyone wanting plumbing supplies to head 10 minutes up the road to the Next.

Staff started swearing because they had customers walking in before the weekend. “F sakes everyone has to come in before the weekend” were his words.Woman at front desk kept looking over to a man for replies to every answer I asked. Completely ignorant and poor customer service. I have has 0 help from this company.
