Was on a ride and had some chain issues and blue ribbon happened to drive by and stopped along the road to come help us. Went above and beyond and gave us a quick tune (Literally on the side of the road). Amazing service, great people, and will definitely be booking!

I received a flat replacement and some minor gear adjustments for my bike and it feels smoother than ever before. Eloi's service is affordable with high attention to detail. He picked up my bike, and dropped it off when it was finished which I found super convenient. Highly recommend if you're looking for any work on your bike!

Eloi is a fantastic mechanic and runs a great little business! Service was prompt and very thorough, and Eloi was there to answer questions and concerns I had. He not only identified and fixed the issues I had found, but worked within my budget to give my full-suspension a comprehensive tune-up. Elói was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the aggravating clicking that was coming from my carbon bike and was able to find the cause and fix it. He adjusted everything and it is shifting great and feels awesome. He is professional, reliable and my bike was spotless when he brought it back. Highly recommend him for all your bike repairs!

Super efficient and fast! They came and picked up my bike on one day's notice when I had an issue shifting after a ride and returned it back to me by the end of the day after putting on a new cassette, chain and replacing the bearings as they were all worn out.

I can’t praise Elói enough in regards to the work he did on my bike. I had a tuneup two weeks ago from another company, was still having issues, so got a recommendation from a friend about Blue Ribbon Bicycle Service. I am so happy I did! My bike was unsafe in a few ways, and still had many problems that I had asked about in my previous tuneup, although had been assured these were taken care of! I was having a lot of trouble with one of my shifters and the time and energy that Elói put into finding, and fixing, the problem was second to none. Elói was extremely thorough and more than fair in his labour costs and parts (parts 15% off until November!!). My bike came back to me looking, and feeling better than, brand new! He went above and beyond and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Elói!!
