Excellent fit-for-purpose repair. My cell phone wasn't consistently accepting the charging cord and it turned out the receptor was partially plugged which was quickly fixed. They also have good street parking and what looks like a reasonable supply of used equipment. We'll be back!

My second experience with EB Computers. Easily as good as the first exchange. I had taken my desktop in for upgrading to another computer store in Victoria to upgrade to a SSD. After having the unit for 5 days, I was informed that they couldn't get the new drive to accept the data from my old unit.Fast forward to Monday Jan. 10th. Took the unit into EB for the same repairs with a request to have it repaired by Friday, Jan 14th.Received a call from EB yesterday, Jan.11th. The unit was ready for pickup. No issues.I would recommend this shop for any Mac repairs or upgrades.Quality service.

I support local and especially, small businesses that go over and beyond the call of duty to get and keep my business! I've got several Apple/Mac products that I rely upon EB Computers and Brad, the owner, to keep me and my studio up and running! Brad's expertise and knowledge, as well as his personal customer care, are what makes this business a success. I suggest for anyone who has computing problems to give them a call, and if for any reason, there is an issue, I know he will be there to help!

Really great service from Brad at EB Computers when I brought my MacBook in with liquid damage. The repairs were super quick and affordable - my laptop was fixed in half the time I was quoted and Brad took the time to repair all the damage instead of replacing the broken parts, which saved hundreds of dollars. Hopefully I never I have to have my MacBook repaired again but if I do, I will definitely go back to EB Computers. 10/10 recommend.

I passed many computer stores on my way to check out EB computers. The reason was, I saw their ads on usedvictoria. I was looking for an Apple product. But I'm not comfortable paying for a new iMac. Anyway. Long story short. These guys are well stocked. I was able to save $1500 and got exactly what I needed. I lucked out with a parking spot. Directly in front of the business. The entire purchase took 15 minutes. I'm a very happy camper. My computer works as described. Brand new condition.

We took our misbehaving Iphone 8 for repair. Intermittently our voice on the other side was distorted or not presented at all. This shop tested and told us no fault was found except they cleaned the microphone. After the phone was behaving the same as before. We borrowed a well working Iphone 7 to test with our Sim card. This phone did behave again same way. Called the cell provider and we were told there is a problem with the nearby cell tower that they working on the solution. We recommend this trustworthy shop for you for tests and repairs! Thank you

bought a used Macbook. Fair price and has been solid for 2 years. Went back for new screen protector on iphone. Cost was 10-15 bucks, done pretty quick and they even cleaned the lint out of the charging port. My new local go to place, people on counter were friendly and thoughtful.

My teenager is very hard on his iPhone. Cracked screen was taken care of in less than 24 hours for a very fair and reasonable price. The customer service and expertise is next level. We have used EB computers multiple times and they do not disappoint. My 15year old says THANK YOU, he has his lifeline back!
