It was worth the drive from the north end of town. I had a wonderful custom experience today. The gentleman behind the counter helped me pick out a birthday cake for my children. Even bringing out cakes from the back to see if I preferred one not on display. He was genuinely interested in providing great service. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of this location. I will definitely be bringing the grandchildren during summer break.

Staff is always polite. It's a bit old & dingy inside, but clean.Always quality treats.But come on replace the drive thru speaker system, it sounds like a megaphone at a protest somewhere. People 4 houses over know what I'm ordering!

A good DQ. Never had a problem with the ice cream. We've got a variety of the things and they've been exactly what you expect though. Prices have gotten a little high lately. The food was alright, though not as good as the food we've gotten from the Niagara Falls DQ

We have been coming here for years. Had a bad experince today (Feb 19/2023).Our order was wrong. We ordered 2 small Oreo blizzards . We were charged $18.75 . I thought wow that’s all for 2 small blizzards . We are bd up getting 2 medium and had very little Oreo and they out globs of chocolate syrup. Disgusting! And on top of it I was waiting forever for the order in drive thru. I called the store supposively talked to the manager lol and he said maybe he didn’t hear you . I said he asked what kind and I repeated myself Oreo. Then he says that’s how they make it ummmm nope ! Oreo is Oreo. Sorry but I will not be going there again. Unfortunately I end up throwing it out cause it was absolutely disgusting! You have lost a customer !

Went for a treat, completely disappointed. Bought 2 large blizzards an Oreo and a Coffee crisp caramel macchiato...That were completely liquid, took them home because we didn't feel like drinking a blizzard with food bits.Weve had them in the freezer for over an hour and it's still liquidy foam... Apparently we bought air for 20 bucks.Waste of money for something we couldn't consume.

great service, a young handsome boy with brown wavy hair served me a DELICIOUS soft serve vanilla ice cream- he did it quickly while also creating engaging conversation whilst doing so. the atmosphere of the establishment was quite nice, and my experience was delightful due to the service of the employees. please give that employee a RAISE!

It was so busy. It was fathers day and only 2 people working. I felt so bad. Wish they had more people on so they can make blizzards properly. Mine was melting by the time I got it. It wasn't blended enough. Would go back though !
