Spoke to a older man in black shirt assuming he was someone higher up.. refused my coupon saying I didnt have a physical copy (had a digital code) and this store has now lost a 40$ dinner sale because you refused to offer any type of adjustment. Just drove away. Wont return ever. Thanks for nothing.Edit: scroll down for real reviews most of these are from friends family and compensated 5 star review's.Do better.

Less than one star for service.Ordered in the app for delivery and food didn't arrive, called store and no one answered, called door dash and they could not resolve my problem. My credit card was charged no problem.Don't use the app!!!!Don't use this burger king location, they are useless

Horrible customer service, time management, and knowledge. Seems like everyone is scrambling. Took 3 people multiple tries to understand what I wanted to order, they were out of a bunch of ingredients for things and I sat in drive thru for 25 min listening to the lady infront of me yelling at them for the same issues I had after. I went somewhere else without ordering. Won't be back.

Noel. Noel was inviting with the enthusiasm of a welcoming committee. From the second I walked in, he was extremely talkative and very very fun to talk to while I waited for someone to use the restroom. When I was ready to order, he put his glasses on and in a snap got the order ready and made. This switch between conversation and business is a sign of a truly well-balanced employee. He left me feeling sad to leave, and was without a doubt the friendliest fast food worker I've ever met. Oh and the food was also great, extra lovely bonus, and the restaurant layout was really good as well. Truly a 6 star experience at an everyday Burger King.

I love this place. It's always so clean and the manager is a great guy that genuinely cares about his business. The food is perfection and the deals are awesome. I find myself craving BK all the time now that I started coming here!

Great customer service & food!My family have been coming to this location since it’s been open.. the food is always fresh and at a great temperature! The customer service is really great. The staff are quick to fix an error on the order to make sure your satisfied. We have never had an issue at this location & will continue to come back! :)

This Burger King os owned by an amazing person, extremely nice, very friendly easy to talk to, professional yet very genuine at the same time, Noel, and Sean ( his son ) are both great people all around, management is great as well, lovely place not only to work with a great positive environment and staff but also wonderful experience as a customer, not to mention the price, great prices in comparison to any place around and it’s also quality food!Let’s show them some love and support them, they deserve it! Nothing but positive things to say about this location! I definitely recommend going here to eat!

This location is the best BK I’ve ever been too. Their restaurant is always clean and playing good music. Their service is something else! Staff is very attentive and friendly. In addition to all of that, the food melts in your mouth! What else can you ask for? I would give 10 stars if I could!
