My experience with Amy has been great. I randomly stumbled across her Facebook group when I was looking for a network of support for women. I had been working with another life coach for years but she had just retired so I decided to give Amy a try. I’ve been working with her for maybe 9-ish months now and she has really pushed me to step into my worth, recognize my patterns, and let go of what wasn’t for me. She encourages me, loves me through my mistakes and helps me see them as opportunities to grow. I’m so grateful I stumbled across her that day online!

Amy is an angel sent directly from heaven to help people work through the pain of their trauma so they can get back to living powerful and intentional lives. Amy understands trauma in a way that only one who has been through so much herself can. She is empathetic, intuitive and authentic. She knows the path through through the dark forest of trauma because she blazed it herself and she is devoting her life to continuing to widen the path to help others get through themselves much more clearly and easily. Working with Amy changed my life in ways I never thought possible and I continue to see the ripple effects every day of my new life since.
