While I appreciate the work done by the doctor at the dental office, I did not have a pleasant experience. The office has strict policies regarding booking and cancellation fees, which I understand as time is valuable for everyone. However, it seemed to be a one-sided agreement as my time was often wasted. I had to wait for my appointments, held back after surgery for paperwork, and on one occasion, I waited for a quick 5-minute check-up by the doctor for 20 minutes in the chair. Furthermore, I noticed that the staff often seemed busy, and it was challenging to get their attention to answer my questions. Unfortunately, it was hard to get the information I needed, which left me feeling somewhat frustrated and uncertain.

Definitely a 5 star experience for me. Dr. Noroozi was exceptionally caring, attentive and professional. I came to see him for a second opinion after I saw another periodontist. Made me feel very comfortable. An excellent bedside manner and accommodating staff. Great office culture. To top it off he was able to complete my bone graft where others failed with amazing results. Very talented and a great personality. Would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Doctor Noroozi helped me navigate through having to have a root canal treated broken tooth removed and replaced with an implant. The whole process was very easy, transparent, painless, time efficient. There were no concerns nor complications. The new tooth feels great, like my own tooth or better! I can eat very comfortably now. I would recommend Dr. Noroozi to anyone that needs periodic dental treatment, including implants.

Very professional and helpful office from front desk to back. I came in to replace my bad overdue crown bridge for an implant bridge. I can say that Dr. Noroozi and team did an excellent job on planning and execution base on my situation. No complication with implants and root canal removal. Very skillfully done. I came in to see Dr Noroozi upon a suggestion by another specialist for a second opinion but I felt he was the better specialist for my extensive work requiring molar extractions, sinus lift surgery and two implant surgeries. Generally I'm a nervous dental patient but the procedures were quite fast and painless and without complications afterwards! I'm so glad I chose him for the procedures because he is very efficient, skillful and detailed in his work. I feel Dr Noroozi will always give his honest opinion for the best outcome. I just had my last followup with their office during this Covid period and they have taken the necessary measures to make the office safe for everyone.
