Excellent customer service and helpful staff. We had interaction with Michael, he was very helpful in providing full information on vehicle available. They didn't had Toyota at the time of our visit or else I would have bought my car from them.

Had a great service with Michael even though the financing was very complicated due to the bank we were dealing with. Always happy and smiling and prompt to help. Same with Tarek who was nice and professional. I strongly recommend and for sure I'll see with them if I'm to buy another car in the future.

The listed price does not let you buy the car in cash, you have to finance or buy an extra overpriced warranty which you don’t necessarily need to buy .

I went to see a 2009 CRV, in their ad it said 177,000 km, their paperwork claimed 203,000 and finally Carfax had it at 250,000.I wish I had a dollar for evey customer this thief has never met "Nothing left to say."

Visited Auto Nova in May 2023, I was greated by Michael whom was not pushy and verry pleasent.Having seen many other used cars at many dealerships i saw that Auto Nova had a good inventory to handle many clients tastes. However I did not find a car to my price and liking, I continuly search on their website. For the owner/s comments will alway's we positive and negtive and i suggest instead of saying I NEVER MET THIS CLIENT" perhaps ask them to call you as in order to post comments you must validate your google account. These people could indeed be liers to try and rune your repatation but I would call them our to have them all call you. Gerald"

Very disappointed, I went to buy a car and I was told I need to apply for the financing before I can test drive the car. I applied for financing, they came back to me with an insane interest rate at 17.9%, because the car was older. I refused to finance and offered to buy the car cash, which then I was told I am required to take an extended warranty at an extra fee. I’ve boughten plenty of older cars at big dealerships and I was never required to take an extended warranty. Also, it was a hassle to get my $500 deposit back. Good luck to whoever buys a car from this place.

Absolutely terrible experience purchasing a vehicle from here. The vehicle that I purchased was a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. I was coming from out of town so asked a lot of questions prior to coming to check out the vehicle to make sure it was worth my time. On the phone, I was told that there were no issues with the vehicle. I specifically asked for frame condition, I was told that the frame was in great shape and that the previous owner had kept up with undercoats. I decided to go ahead and make the trip to see the vehicle. After checking out the vehicle and taking it for a test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle as there were no apparent issues with it.I brought the vehicle back to Ontario in order to get safety and licensing done. The safety inspection identified holes in the frame that had been covered by a “tar”. The vehicle did not pass safety, the mechanic told me that there were also some body issues, muffler and exhaust issues, steering rack and power steering issues and leaks. Totalling a total cost of $4500, not including any work on the frame, which was something I would have to get fixed elsewhere.I searched around my area, calling 10+ mechanic and body shops to see how much it would cost to fix the frame issues, no one could do it. I went through my local Toyota dealership to try and get a frame replacement through Toyota Canada but it was declined due to expiry of the frame replacement program.I reached out to Tarek and he said that they would solve the issue for me and pay for the vehicle to be fixed. Once I provided them with a quote for all of the work to be done, Tarek told me that since Ali sold me the truck and had been working with me, that I would have to continue any discussions with him. I contacted Ali to resolve the issue and the phone call included Ali questioning my common sense, saying that I should have known that the vehicle was going to have issues like this because of its age. I referenced the consumer protection act and outlined that the merchant (Auto Nova) is responsible for fixing the issue or refunding the purchase price. I figured the simple thing for everyone was to just return the vehicle. Ali proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible to do anything for me and that I should “ask those people to pay for it” referencing the consumer protection act people. I didn’t really understand what he was trying to say so I kept trying to explain that it was a law that states the merchant is responsible to pay.He continued to persistently tell me to get them to fix it. I then said that that would involve lawyers and court. He said that would be great. I have continued to try and resolve the issue the easy way but am now in the process of getting the office of consumer protection involved and filing a formal claim against Ali and Auto Nova. There have been countless unanswered emails, texts and phone calls from myself trying to resolve the issue with no answer and fake promises from both Ali and Tarek.I have been making payments, paying insurance and have put several hours of my own time trying to fix issues on a vehicle that I cannot drive for over 2 months now and the entire experience has been a complete nightmare. I would highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle from here, if there are any issues with the vehicle that you need resolved. You will get little to no help.
